Thanks for your definition. Clearly you are very well informed and have thought long and hard about all this. Which makes your breathtaking ignorance, dogmatic inflexibility, and willingness to judge others even more tragic. I despair for your sorry little windswept bog of an island, I really do. It's choc full of people like you, who claim to know everything, yet understand nothing.
I have taken the time to inform myself. You have not. As evidenced by your flawed understanding. If you wish to debate the topic, lets do it. If you don't wamt to address the issues, then carry on spouting your ill informed position.
Nah, you've won the argument. Your prize is this ****ing great dead albatross. Wear it round your neck for all eternity.
Is it true the Saville enquiry took 12 years? No wonder there wasn't another series of Jim'll Fix It. Now then, now then.....
The biggest fault with the Brit's handling of the Irish problem was that there weren't enough bloody sundays.
it is not about "winning", it is about presenting an argument from an informed position. If you are unable to do that, then fine.
P.S, Archers Road, what you don't know is that the "RebelBhoy" was actually born in England Yes, I know. It's hard to believe given his uber Oirish Republican bravado, but he is actually English
WARNING!WARNING!WARNING! The turps has kicked in. Benny McNab ( ex sas now mi5 ) is on the turps. It was Goose Green wot done it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmL3m2zcoOI
I haven't read anything bar the first page, because these threads turn to ****e very quickly - but any deliberate killing of non combatants in any war zone is a crime against humanity. People who knowingly choose to engage in a fight and die from that fight are the only potential moral write-offs of conflict. There are quite a few examples of Irish Republicans deliberately killing civilians - these people, if they have not already, should be brought to justice - just like any other combatant who has not been charged after deliberately murdering civilians.
B in B You seem like a fair poster but do tell me, I someone shot your brother, father or your son would you not want that person brought to justice ?
Sorry, on the other point of what the soldiers 'believed' to be the truth, how many of those shot dead were armed ?
