Excuse me last time i checked swansea and cardiff both in wales, yet play in english leagues, so if Rangers want to lay in our leagues and we let them, **** all the scottish government can do about it!

Although it is tempting I would want to start again in the Scottish third. It will be funny to see a lot of the teams voting us out having to face the same sanctions they want for us. By the time we get back up I would recon we will be ready to kick a by then then complacent Celtic off the top. What we did is wrong and it's better to do our time for it up here. You could take a perverse view of it and say that despite us being completely ****ed we have saved about £100,000,000 out of it. I know that will annoy folk, but you can't fail to see the irony of the "establishment" club accused by their more republican rivals of robbing the queen:emoticon-0116-evilg They have in effect become the thing they traditionally despised most, the supposed moral guardians of the "establishment" they railed against:cheesy:
    .
Yeah strange times up here. We deserve it, but it's **** for the fans, players and manager. Once we know where we end up (and I hope it's the third) we will knuckle down to it. We're good at that and the rest know it. I honesty believe we will be back a lot sooner and stronger than the opposition fans believe. For years I wanted to see young players breaking through, now youth will get its chance. It's a new experience and change is good, I am looking forward to going to see us play teams we have not played since I was a kid. They will build up the SPL to be all about the race for second. I think it will get a bit tedious for the next few years up there. That may be viewed as sour grapes, but that's my personal opinion.

You are right fevriul there's nothing the government can do about us going to England. I want to stay here though as I see us as a Scottish club. Well done on winning the Champions league.

I find it hilarious that Rangers given the opportunity in the English leagues that they would be good enough to reach the EPL.
With the squad you had last year you wouldn't have made it out of the championship, yes you had a couple of premiership quality players, but so do nearly every championship team.

Really ? Tell me where it says English leagues then ! My reasoning for no Scottish teams in the league is that it then makes it a British league in all but name. The league was set up with English and Welsh teams to begin with, so almost a century of tradition. So come back when you find the English league reference, I await your post

?? there is a welsh league, which swansea, wrexham cardiff etc were asked to join, they refused, and would rather play in the english leagues in which they are founder members. Its not a closed shop if a club wishes to play in our league and teh travelling to fixtures can be made, then as long as no one bjects and they abide by our rules, they they are allowed to join.

    Traditions change , chill dude

hmmm yes but rangers have 40 thousand plus fans there every other week - with your tv money both celtic and rangers would blast the championship in 2 seasons and be top 6 epl in 5 imo

So you are suggesting the Premier League is open to teams from any nation?

Well we are the anti-establishment club now. I quite like that- it appeals to me.

I feel sorry for the schools/health services that will have less spends because of what the huns did.

You need to have a conscience for that though.

Funding for schools comes from council tax you silly tranny;) The NHS is funded by our National insurance contributions.

We might **** the armed forces up though, but do you not dislike them anyway?

Be grateful you have a job brother. <peacedove>

A lot of folk of innocent folk at Ibrox lost theirs because of the pricks that ran our club into the ground.
