How didactic of you. Sorry Rebel when you litter your comments throughout the thread with descriptions like , "dirty rancid huns" and call people, "spastic" I tend to associate that more with ranting than correction. That's no very inclusive
I'm fairly sure most clubs outside the OF rely on every source of income they get including merchandise, if they didn't what would be the point in making thousands of strips to sell? I guess thats where we differ then because if rangers do and truly end up completely and utterly ****ed then I will support no Scottish team, especially not my local team as thy are supported by a bunch of inbred ******s.
He clearly meant Fir Park. For an illustration, only one sports shop in Paisley sells St Mirren merch. It used to be all of them and there was a club shop in the Piazza. A few years ago, no sports shops in the town sold the local club's strips - Lazio, Man U, Rangers, Celtic, Newcastle strips all available in the local JJB - at one point the High St had a Rangers shop, a Celtic shop and a couple of sports shops - none of them sold St Mirren merch. My mate wanted to buy an away top for his brother's birthday (it was fecking hideous). please log in to view this image At Love St, there was a small club shop next to the main stand (smaller than a corner shop and only open on matchdays) - they had none of those tops left in an adult size. My mate was walked through the front door, into a meeting-style room with a large table and chairs (pos. the board room). He was told to wait. The woman who had taken him into the room was replaced by a board member in full suit with club tie. This guy opened a drawer (in the probable board room) and pulled out about three adult versions of the top in their packaging. It's safe to assume that, if St Mirren wanted to rely on merch money, they'd be fooked - this season, they've issued a retro strip in blue and red hoops that seems to have shifted loads. I'd imagine Motherwell is similar - it's easier to get a ****ing Liverpool top than a Motherwell one, probably.
meant Fir Park, but ye caught me. MD Partick aren't my local team, I'm closer to Celtic Park, but I've always kind of liked them since being a kid, so I would have went there. You would still follow football I assume, so would either pick another SPL side to follow (most likely whoever was giving Celtic the hardest time) or alternatively you would leave Scottish football altogether and follow an English or Spanish side.
It's nice n'all, that the huns are concerned about the welfare of SPL teams, but we don't need anything from a new club that doesn't have a league to play in.
Definitely but it would be Leeds I'd support not another SPL team and the only reason I would support leeds is through the games they played against rangers in 92'
and i tend to associate Rangers liquidating with them ceasing to exist. Like I say, support the new club if you want, just don't expect me to believe anything other than the demonstrable truth that Rangers don't exist.
, what a way to be introduced to your new fanbase than to take a piss all over them from height? Gambol you missed an opportunity!
My pish could easily be described as amber most of the time, just get your mate who has a really smelly yeast infection to pish next to you and Ta-daaaaaaaaa Claret & Amber official club pish
Or instead of having that uncomfortable conversation with your mate you could just ask tina to volunteer.
So its been confirmed that next season the 'new' Glasgow Rangers will be playing their football in a mediocre league with poor skill levels and crap football........ Just like last season!
