Dev - abbreviation of my surname, Devonshire Edit: I obviously mean with standard numbers etc too. I priced one up before with my initials (JA) and either 04 or 08 inbetween
The trannie is slow as ****, 40 up the hills, part of the reason I want a car, and don't want to add unnecessary miles to him (Peps mk 4) Planning on keeping the van. Just need an old run around to thrash into the ground. Something with a bit of bite.
Cheapest one on flea bay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GURDEV-Pr...1?pt=UK_Cherished_Numbers&hash=item4167982897
Maybe we should start a car forum, would be less controversial than football, but i guess you would end up with the VW owners arguing with the Ford owners and the Vauxhall owners wumming the Fiat owners. You can't win
I've got a VW van for work and a Merc 190 2.6 as my project/weekender...not that I've done much on it recently...family's are a pain eh
If LFC was a car it would be a hybrid of the former Rolls Royce silver shadow. Utd would be souped up Cortina with furry dice and Wayne&Colleen on the windscreen.
Yeah I just park it at the petrol station overnight she's pretty thirsty indeed especially with the Sport button engaged...my brother used to have an old Rover P5B (v8) AND an old '70s 4.5 litre Merc...now they were thirsty. He's gone all eco friendly now and only has a Land Cruiser.
Apologies on behalf of bazray and his cheap shots at Spurs, he is very bitter over the Gylfi saga at present.
Yeah he flogged the old Rover for a good profit which he spent on an mx5 then decided to swap the old merc with some random gyppo fella who offered him a swap for a Land Cruiser its LPG tho so despite being a beast its not too bad cost wise (until you change your tyres)
