On SAFC.com - Kevin Ball becomes senior professional development coach.

Good news this in my view, as he loves the club with a passion. I am sure this means Martin O'Neill rates him as a coach and a man and Bally will do his utmost to inspire the lads in the reserves and under 21's to be the best they can be, pushing for first team places.

Aye, a true legend Bally. He gave us so much & would run through a brick wall for the club.

Not many southern born & bred lads would have settled up here so easily & for so long.

    Top lad.

With a few years picking tips up from MON would love him to get a crack at managing SAFC eventually. Legend.

Too right Niall34. If the team put the effort in that Bally did for every game we would be champions

    This with bells on kidda.

I'd love to see Bally as our manager and 3 or 4 years workinmg alongside one of the very best in the business wont hurt.

Kevin Ball is right up there, comfortably sitting on a par alongside the Carter's, Monty's, Hurley's, Kerr's and Rowells in this clubs history. Imo, there should alwyas be a place for the lad here and hopefully one day, as our manager.
