Agree with stereotongue - they only say Cardiff born players. Why wouldn't they look to find soemthing of interest to themselves? If it were the other way around I wouldn't be looking and saying "Wow guys, look at all the Cardiff players in the team." I'd be looking at players with a connection to my club/area. Admit there's a lack of decent discussion between the two clubs at the moment - but that prob reflects the uncertainty. I have to admit that when there was talk about Rodgers going I was hardly in a mood to discuss it...
I've absolutely no objection to them discussing anything they want - it's their board. But you have to admit it's rather lame to claim a "strong representation" (his words) on the GB team when 40 miles west there's a team that has 3 players who actually play for us in the squad, as well as Caulker who owes his place to coming on loan to us. That's the largest representation of any team. I don't expect them to discuss the Swans at all but I'd expect some sort of mention as he had raised the topic, even if it was in passing. I was merely pointing that out.
Well if that's true he's brought it on himself. That video of drug use he posted on the Cardiff board was the final straw imo. Like you, JA I've lost people through that and he was well out of line. The thing is if they're looking to blame anyone go no further than their Mod ('The Mod Who Doesn't' I call him) who supports him through thick and thin, even when he's threatening violence to others. Aber thought he could get away with the video because of that and I'm glad he was wrong. As much as we've all had spats on here, PMing someone and saying you were going to **** their kids in front of them (as he did with TW) is just beyond, and he should have gone for that. I posted no abuse at all (too clever to fall for that) but told him publicly to do his job and delete the drug video. He then deletes my posts with the comment. "Cut out the insults". ]

Feel free to start a thread about Swansea's representation. WTF has that got to do with anything? We're all happy for the other ones to be in there as they're Welsh players but it's a thread about people from Cardiff doing well. It is on the CARDIFF City board after all!
The 75% good qualities with aber are great , the 25% bad qualities are very poor indeed . I'd like to see him track me down after threatening my kids , good possibility it would be his kids praying for him to heel . I like aber a lot & strongly dislike him at times .

In answer to your question, Stereo, it's not a slanging match at all. I've lost friends to drugs and I know JA has lost family.
