Saints win tonight and we will all be starting to count our chickens.

Rochdale will be as desperate for the points as we are as they will jump over Bournemouth into the play-off places with a win.

This leaves us with two teams that will have the pressure of possible failure weighing heavily on them. Will we see one of the teams crack under the strain or will both teams give us a game which will be full of quality and incident?

Me, I think the pressure will be more on them as they have a lot less leeway than us for dropping points.

Yes. The pressure will tell and we'll concede a late 80th minute goal to condemn us to a 1-0 defeat.

To be honest , they probably have less pressure than we do , their manager's described it as a 'free-fixture' as neither side will move down positions if they draw/lose etc.

A win and I think we'll be half way across the promotion line imo.

Saints are on such a run at the moment that I almost wish that Dick Dastardly was your manager, just so he could say some-thing on the lines of "Nothing can stop us now"
Not that I'd ever wish a defeat on our nearest and dearest neighbours <whistle> I would love to see Rochdale get to the playoffs and win them. The concept of such a small club (no offence intended) making it as high as the Championship would be a delight to see.

If they are pushing for a top six place then pressure will be on them as they cannot afford to drop points, just the same as us. So for me it is going to be a very cagey game and a close result. 1-0 either way or at best a draw.

I don't think the pressure is too big tonight. We'll still be 2nd with a game in hand if we lose. Morale will be high and I think recent form will continue. Narrow win.

NA's got the team in the right frame of mind. I don't think the nerves will get to us. I think we will win, but it's not a disaster if we get a draw, because we will win on Saturday. I can't see either Hudds or Posh winning all their games, but we might.

Told you we'd lose. Playoffs at best as Hudds win all their remaining games and we lose against Brighton and Plymouth??

Stop being so negative.........Saints average for the season 1.85 points per game which means on average another 11 points from 6 games making a total of 85 points. Huddersfield 1.80 points per game on average should finish with 83. Posh should on average should finish around 80 points. It is still in our hands, there is all sorts of equations to get those 11 but that is going to be a minimum I reckon..........COYS
