it certainly is, seems it took an actual journalist a couple of hours to unearth something which shows quite clearly the level of conflicted interests cronyism and, frankly, corruption endemic throughout scottish football. wonder if he checked if any scottish journalists(sic) held rangers shares ?...anyway, thats a slightly flippant aside ; this is an extremely significant story with proof that senior figures within the scottish game are/were knowingly breaking the rules with regard to their connections to rangers and no one questioned this cosy arrangement.
