Oh my days. The sun journalists must have been in fits laughing when dreaming that story in the pub last night

It was on SSN this morning.

The AC owner and manager were impressed with his headed goal vs Sweden.

I personally still think Amy is a fantastic player in the right set up. Better in the air than Ibra, despite being 2 inches smaller.

He'd be a good squad player, he might as well sit on AC's bench than Liverpool's.

That would have been on the paper talk section no doubt. Can't see him being able to adapt to life in a foreign country.

To be fair, he'd probably do well over there! We need some of our national players playing abroad!

<laugh> He wouldn't even come close to our starting 11 so god knows why Milan would want him with Ibra, Pato etc. What a load of old tosh.

Well he scored a decent header, must be the world's most coveted striker again!

Holt scored a couple of crackers last season, Real going in for him you think?

Tbf, I think most strikers in the prem could cut it in Serie A. If a team had someone as physical and strong as Carroll they'd probably cause some major problems for other teams. Having said that, I doubt he'd get anywhere near a first team including Ibra, Pato and Robinho <laugh>

Still don't think there's any legs in it, I think it was a case of Berlusconis son, when asked who he'd like to see at AC, said something like "Iniesta is a fantastic player... blah blah blah, never get him, I was also very impressed with AC's physicality."

Definitely - once Fat Sam is in charge. He likes a big target man up front.

Veyr well suited to Italian football and right up Milans street to be fair. They like this kind of centre forward and to be fair he is hugely talented. We know this better than most and his troubles at Liverpool have masked what a fine young player he is. They'll see him as a Luca Toni or Ibra type tall front man that Italian football suits.

There is one huge problem of course. Two words. The Sun.
