    I do miss Nick, I bet if he were around he may want a better takeover? It was not often that we agreed on things but he always made for a worthy arguement :)

    I also miss the Duck and Sir John who posted on CL over the weekend, if I forced you off by allowing the 'Riots' thread to run its course I do apologise.

    Nick was a very amusing poster, maybe a little knee-jerk, but each to their own.
    I'm guessing the climate isn't right, what with Chris Powell achieving promotion, for his usual barrage of "sack the manager" threads, but the season is nearly upon us, so you never know?

    The last time I remember seeing Nick was when we were taken over. Maybe the club are doing a board re-shuffle to get NG back out of hiding?

    Some sort of heavyweight double header of Nick Gray vs Charlton Life and JA v A2C would certainly have filled the CAFC news vacuum of the last few weeks
