Dunno about Southampton, but Portsmouth was all right last time I visited. Anyway, is Arsenal playing Southampton in Belgium or Anderlecht in Southampton?
The tournament is in Southampton, against Southampton & Anderlecht. Would have been Rangers, but they don't have a team!! It's a one-day tournament with 3 x 45min matches. Each team plays each other for 45. I'm thinking of going down, but it's a way from where I am up North.
Been to Portsmouth and Southampton, both of them are nice places. Tottenham on the other hand, is quite a right depressing **** hole, at least Highbury for the past years have refurbished the area, made it more trendy and classy. Wigan too was a **** hole when I went there, so was Liverpool, wow, I was depressed as I entered Liverpool, thought I entered a graveyard.
When was that? Up around Anfield etc. isn't a great area, but down in the City Centre it's a great, very modern, and very nice city. Some areas are very nice, just some are pretty awful. A victim of the decline of the shipping industry really, the city is too big with too few jobs for its inhabitants - same as Sheffield with the steel really.
Wigan was terrible, hail was falling from the sky when we were walking there! If you want to see a real **** hole though, just go to Detroit, USA. Passed through there last week just to see how it is, and wowee is that place bad. It actually got all cloudy, dark, with lightning as we began to enter the city.
No, not at all. He is far superior to Denilson. It doesn't matter that he isn't big and strong enough for that position, he is intelligent enough to play it. Although I do have full belief that he will be turned into a full back, but I'm also of the belief that he would fit in nicely at CM as well. That's the great thing about him, his versatility, trust me, we have an absolute gem on our hands here.
