POLICE CALLED IN OVER CHARLES GREEN'S RAID ON FANS' BANKS

POLICE are being called in by the Fraud Department of a major High Street Bank to probe Charles Green.

The shock move comes after hundreds of Rangers fans discovered Charles Green was setting up a raid on their bank accounts.

And when one alarmed fan contacted his bank, Santander about it, their Fraud Department swung in to action with advice on how to contact the police to report the scam.

That will lead to a police probe which will see all the major banks dragged into the mess created by a Charles Green backed backstreet cash collection agency called FastPay, based in, yes, you’ve guessed it….

Manchester!

And the fact that FastPay have been called in by Charles Green to try and illegally rip money from the bank accounts of furious Rangers supporters shows just how desperate he is to get his greedy grasping paws on their season ticket money.

If chairman Malcolm Murray knew of the Fastpay bank raids when he made his weasel worded plea last night he is as guilty as Charles Green.

For the Charles Green employed FastPay bank raid on fans' accounts was launched despite the fact the overwhelming majority of Rangers fans have taken legal steps to ensure Charles Green has no right to their hard earned money.

We know, and have sound solid proof, which would stand being tested in court, that Charles Green is a proven liar.

There is now a substantial body of circumstantial evidence emerging that Charles Green may well be even worse than that.

The list of Rangers supporters who had cancelled direct debits, but whose bank accounts were targeted in a lightning cyber heist by FastPay, is growing by the hour.

On fan in the north east of Scotland explained to me he had written to the Rangers ticket office cancelling his season ticket and cancelled his direct debit. He sent a copy of the letter he sent to Rangers to the secretary of his local Rangers Supporters Association branch.

The fan got a reply from Rangers acknowledging his season ticket was now cancelled.

But yesterday he saw on his account that a new direct debit had been set up. This had been done by FastPay and he had no knowledge of the company and had most certainly given no permission for such a mandate.

The supporter suspected a scam and immediately contacted Santander. And that is when their Fraud Department swung into action. Leading to a new police probe.

Charles Green can expect a heavy handed knock on his door at any minute. The knock will be on either his office door inside Ibrox, or the door of his room in the Menzies Hotel.

Maybe Malcom Murray will get the same knock on his door, wherever he is skulking.

Now the Santander Fraud Department is operating at a state of high alert with the name FastPay on their radar. And they will not be the only big bank with warning signals flashing.

The big High Street Banks all talk to each other, therefore it is a safe bet that by now the rest of them will be scanning every direct debit set up by FastPay on behalf of Charles Green and ensuring Green’s bank job team have a signed legal mandate from account holders before they set up any direct debit.

FastPay are a small family affair with two directors, Todros Grynhaus and Leah Grynhaus, who is the company secretary.

Between them the pair have been involved in four companies which are now all dissolved.

They are Faster Payments Ltd., Sharpwell Developments Ltd., Technowiz Ltd. And Spotwell Developments Ltd.

The FastPay headquarters is, Agecroft Enterprise Park, Manchester M27. The telephone number is 0161 737 5290.

Another address listed in the name of Fastpay director, Todros Grynhaus is 6, Castleton Rd., Salford, Manchester M7 4GU.

Rangers supporters in the area were last night believed to be organising in order to check out these addresses.

ALEX THOMSON may think he can get away with anything now that Knacker of the Yard looks to be knackered. But he soon learned not to tangle with Taggart.

Indeed, there are some who may believe Alex Thomson could even be in danger of being charge with wasting police time.

And there must surely also be a great deal of disquiet in the boardroom of his employers at ITV and ITN after he dragged them into his delusional fantasies and left his bosses looking like mugs.

For Strathclyde Police became the latest in a long line to discover that nothing Alex Thomson says can be taken as the truth.

And now, every report he files must surely now be treated with utmost suspicion.

The sorry saga began when Alex Thomson first appeared on the scene to cover the Rangers story for Channel Four News and had his arrival in Scotland trumpeted as a triumph by Donegal based Philmacgiollabhain, the Sunday Mirror’s rabid Celtic fan, Brian McNally and Celtic activist Mark McGlone.

Yet much of what Alex Thomson broadcast was old hat. He lambasted the Scottish media – parroting almost word for word the rants of Philmacgiollabhain, Brian McNally and Matt McGlone – but used all the stories and exclusives uncovered by good and professional Scottish journalists, as the basis of his Channel Four reports.

This was something I made much of.

Alex Thomson also made factual mistake after factual mistake in his Channel Four blogs in and around the time of the final Old Firm game of the season at Ibrox. (no he hasn't - you accused him of innaccuracy for saying "The Rangers End" ya bam)#

Again I took him to task over this, shooting holes in his malpractice.

What was there for Alex Thomson to do to stop me? He knew he could not sue, for I would have wiped the floor of the Court of Session with him and pocketed a nice little earner.

Therefore, he made up a stupid story about having suffered a direct physical threat from a Scottish journalist. Alex Thomson refused to name the journalist.

He then burst into the Radio Clyde studio, reported to be looking wld-eyed and waving a piece of paper at the Sun’s Roger Hannah and that grand old war horse of print and the airwaves, Hugh Keevins.

It was a print-out from a Twitter Account, with the name redacted like an MP’s expense sheet.

It quickly became obvious on-line that this was a fake account, set up in my name by a Celtic fan who posts on a well known extremist Celtic message board.

This was made clear to Alex Thomson, who then changed tack and insisted the piece of paper had been used by him as a diversion and that he had other, more substantial evidence which he had handed to police.

Taggart looked at it, snorted his mean streets laugh and dismissed Alex Thomson’s allegation as being without any credible foundation, something which was reported in that pillar of press rectitude, the newspaper which exposed the MPs’ expenses fiddles, the Daily Telegraph. (yesterday, the Mail, today, the Telegraph - what a political centralist you are, Leggo)

And there the matter should have rested. It didn’t. Because Alex Thomson was on a crusade and he called in the big guns of ITN to back him by putting pressure on Strathclyde Police.

And so, a squad of senior detectives, under the direct command of an assistant chief constable, men who could and should have been investigating serious crime - murder and rape for instance - went off on a wild goose chase.

The investigation was signed off on May 14th and the outcome of all those police man hours, paid for by the Scottish taxpayer, revealed no evidence of any criminality.

How do I know this?

Because it was reported, in the form of a direct , official and on the record quote from Strathclyde Police, in the pages of that august paper, Britain’s biggest selling serious newspaper, the Daily Telegraph.

As I started by pointing out, back on his home turf of London, Alex Thomson may think he can get away with wasting the time of Kancker of the Yard.

He has learned, however, that on the mean streets of the No Mean City, it’s best not to tangle with Taggart.

It is interesting that within a fortnight of that May 14th date, another move was made against me. This time, not by Alex Thomson directly. But by two of his dedicated disciples, Donegal based Philmacgiollabhain and rabid Celtic fan, the Sunday Mirror sports writer, Brian McNally.

More on this move soon.

And more soon on Alex Thomson and his joining in with the bigots who mocked the 66 souls who perished in the Ibrox Disaster.

For I have evidence that one explanation on which Alex Thomson has based his groveling, is an outright and blatant lie.

TIME FOR ALL TO ACT TO SAVE RANGERS

RANGERS need help. And Rangers supporters need leaders. Big beasts. Men of vision. Men of means. Brave men. Rangers men. (ie. good white, Presbyterian stock)

Beleaguered battle weary fans need men in whom they can place their trust and give their money to, to join forces.

Their fans need men of vision and bravery to become as one in the crusade to save Rangers. (their fans?)

It is time for any petty jealousies to be put aside. A time for egos to be parked at the door and for the men who care for Rangers, really care and who can do something to save the great old club, to gather round the table.

For Jim McColl to step forward once more. For Dougie Park to step forward once more. For Brian Kennedy to step forward once more. For Paul Murray to step forward once more.

And most of all, most crucially, for the man who can unite all of those big beasts and also unite the supporters, for Walter Smith to step forward once more. (they all had their chance and FAILED)

No doubt, Smith will not thank me for making this plea on behalf of those bewildered, battle weary Bears. (he probably doesn't even know who you are)

But Walter Smith is a man who throughout his life and career has always been known for doing the right thing. He has always been known for caring for Rangers. (like spending Â£35m on players when Rangers were deep in debt? Oh aye, and about these EBT payments Walter...)

Right now, this would be the right thing for him to do. Deep down, despite his disappointment at how the Jim McColl-Dougie Park bid played out, I suspect that in his heart of hearts, Walter Smith already knows this.

And despite what he says, I do not believe for a minute that has given up. (stage 3 on the KÃ¼bler-Ross model)

Perhaps, by speaking out at the weekend, the shrewd Smith was testing the water.

If that was the case then he must have been heartened by the reaction. For fans welcomed his contribution. They were pleased to hear their old gaffer in such fine form.

It is inconceivable men such as Walter Smith, Jim McColl, Dougie Park, Brian Kennedy and Paul Murray will simply walk away and leave Rangers in the grip of such an obvious wrong âun as proven liar Charles Green. (they already have)

And it is just as inconceivable that such a respected man of probity, another Rangers fan, chairman Malcolm Murray, would give such a group the same short shrift some have had from Zeus Capital and Micky McDonald.

It is hard to believe since Zeus Capital slammed the door on the McColl-Park bid, there have been no other nibbles.

For we do know for certain the Charles Green-Micky McDonald- Zeus Capital gang want to sell up and make a quick buck. We know that because they made a counter offer to Jim McColl and Dougie Park.

It was a ridiculous one, but it showed the right sort of money will move them out of Ibrox. (yet the BILLIONAIRE Park still wouldn't stump up the cash)

Therefore there is no dispute that it has been a matter of public record for two weeks that Rangers are for sale.

But in that fortnight fans have felt they been left high and dry as the bad news about Charles Green has continued to build.

There have been bank scares, with the OldCo trying to lift money from the accounts of supporters, money which would be at risk from a cash grab by creditors, plus a revealing snub by the Royal Bank of Scotland which has left Charles Greenâs already tattered reputation, further shredded. (yes Leggo, it's Green the banks have snubbed, not NewCo Rangers with their dodgy past eh?)

Proven liar Charles Green is a man with no credibility. No probity attaches itself to him

No wonder the rank and file are bothered and bewildered. No wonder they do not trust Charles Green. No wonder they are crying out for leadership.

Jim McColl, Dougie Park, Brian Kennedy and Paul Murray , along with Walter Smith, are the men to provide what those fans need. What Rangers need.

Guts, money and a leader. In fact, the most inspirational leader any club, anywhere in the world, could ask for.

Walter Smith.

My belief is that it up to chairman Malcolm Murray to offer himself as a true blue bridge between the real Rangers men and get-rich-quick merchants, Charles Green, Micky McDonald and the suits from Zeus Capital.

If Malcolm Murray really wants to get himself out of the mess he has got himself into by joining forces with wrong 'un Charles Green and his cohorts, he must know this is the time to act for Rangers.

That this is the time for Malcolm Murray to do the right thing. The decent thing. The honourable thing.

To write himself into the history books as a true blue who went out on a limb and helped Rangers.

If Malcolm Murray does not man up, if he continues to go along with Charles Green, Micky McDonald and Zeus Capital, he will be forever remembered as, Malcolm Murray, the stooge who helped ruin Rangers.

If Malcolm Murray can gather Jim McColl, Dougie Park, Brian Kennedy, Paul Murray and Walter Smith under one roof, Rangers will have the money, the men and the big guns.

And, by jingo, they can save Rangers.

CHARLES GREEN SURRENDERS TO LAWWELL AND CELTIC
CHARLES GREEN will sign up to Peter Lawwell and Celtic's plan to reduce Rangers to SPL makeweights. Which means Charles Green, on behalf of Rangers, is surrendering to Peter Lawwell and to Celtic. For Lawwell and Celtic's plan has always been to try and keep Rangers in the Scottish Premier League. (despite the fact that Celtic have said nothing yet Leggo knows the score)

But to make them accept such harsh sanctions as conditions of being in the SPL, that not only will Rangers not have a chance of winning the SPL. They will struggle to avoid plunging through the relegation trap door. The odds are that by May of next year Rangers will be relegated. (Incorrect Leggo, the odds are that Rangers will not be in the SPL next season to begin with)

Charles Green has been out-thought and out-foxed by Peter Lawwell who has held his nerve in the face of threats from Aberdeen, Hibs, Dundee United, Hearts and others that they want Rangers kicked out of the SPL. As I warned months ago, that is the nightmatre Peter Lawwell and Celtic have been living with. For that would reduce the value of the SPL and mean Celtic would have no option other than to slash their wage bill and budget. (Now he’s scaring me, I never thought this through)

Celtic, without Rangers in the SPL, would cruise to the title, but without the money generated by Rangers, Celtic would not have the resources to bid for Champions League glory. (Can ANYONE explain his logic here because I’m ****ed if I can)

And the mega money which comes with it, which is now topping Â£20M a season just for playing in the Group stages. That is why the SPL without Rangers is Peter Lawwell's nightmare. (so what you are saying is that Celtic will cruise to the title and CL qualification, but without the gate money from two home games against Rangers, Celtic will not be able to compete in the CL?)

Good Rangers men know it and I am well aware a number of them - men who have been thwarted in their efforts to rescue Rangers from Charles Green by his greed for big bucks - have been clear they would never surrender to Peter Lawwell and Celtic. (No surrender? Very subtly done there David)

But according to the well-imformed Jim Traynor in today's Daily Record, that is exactly what Charles Green is going to do. (Traynor may indeed be “well imformed” but he is also an arse of a man who seems to be willing to spin any old lie in an effort to convince everyone they are evil, jealous bigots because they want to see Rangers punished, you and he are like minds I suppose)

He is going to surrender (He can’t resist it) to Celtic. Bow to Peter Lawwell. Just so that Charles Green can make money out of Rangers. Leaving Rangers at the mercy of Celtic and all of their cabal of clubs. (They are already at the mercy of the SPL clubs) Charles Green will sign up to a points deduction, leaving Celtic and their pals with the money from the Sky deal. Charles Green is even willing to go against the judgement of Lord Glennie in the Court of Session and agree to accept the Scottish Football Association's unlawful transfer embrago. Leaving Rangers with no means by which to replace the players who have left during the period in which it has looked as though Rangers were heading for the Third Division.

In fact, Peter Lawwell has played Charles Green like an old trout.

Now it looks as though Peter Lawwell and Celtic have landed Charles Green.

And the only reasons Charles Green is ready to sign up to such a dreadful deal for Rangers is that it means the club retains its value. That is, its value on the market as Charles Green, Micky McDonald and Zeus Capital wheel and deal in the shadows trying to sell Rangers, while publicly denying their moves.Plus the fact that, at a glance, if Rangers are in the SPL, after weeks of that door appearing to have been slammed in their face, it will give supporters a brief feel-good factor.

And during that short-lived spell - before the new season starts and reality dawns - those fans will do what Charles Green so much wants them to and buy season tickets. This is just Charles Green's latest tricky tactic, his latest shady move, to get his hands on the hard earned cash of rank and file Rangers fans.

But now that his plan is out in the open it is set to backfire on Charles Green. (How is it out in the open, because you have told all 120 of your regular deluded, paranoid bampot readers?)

For those Rangers supporters whose money Charles Green will stop at nothing to get, will see his plan is an abject surrender.

REGAN'S THREAT TO BAN RANGERS FROM SFA

STEWART REGAN has threatened he will block the way to the Scottish Premier League for Rangers.

Unless Rangers accept serious sanctions, including a points deduction and a transfer ban, to handicap them.

The only way Regan can do that is to refuse Rangers membership of the Scottish Football Association, where, as chief executive, he and his fellow SFA director, Celtic supremo, Peter Lawwell, are the real powerbrokers.

A room inside Hampden, packed with more than sixty people, chairmen and chief executives of the Scottish Football League's clubs, plus SFL executives, heard Regan's astonishing threat.

That means Regan has let genie out of the bottle. And no number of denials from Regan can put it back again.

Scottish Football Association chief executive, Regan unleashed his threat, which he later attempted to play down, as the chances nudged towards the SPL clubs taking Rangers back to the top flight as a NewCo.

That is always what Celtic wanted and what Celtic chief executive Peter Lawwell had planned to happen. But only with those tough penalties to stop Rangers challenging Celtic.

Now it looks to many as though Lawwell’s pal and his fellow SFA director, Regan, is ready to use his powers to make sure Lawwell and Celtic get what they want.

Though some may say Regan is not using his power. He is actually, abusing it.

It looks increasingly as though this is the latest stitch up against Rangers, with the appearance growing that Regan and Lawwell are in cahoots to ensure Celtic get everything they always wanted.

Which is, Rangers still in the SPL, but suffering such severe sanctions, there is no way they can launch a serious challenge to Celtic for the title for years to come.

The Lawwell plan, which Regan's threat appears to back, reduces the notion of sporting integrity to tatters.

For there is no offence Rangers have been found guilty of committing, for which they have not already been punished.

Therefore, it would be against all natural justice, all integrity, not merely sporting, plus all common sense and decency, for the SPL to back Peter Lawwell and punish Rangers again.

Lawwell returned from his sunshine holiday believed to be incandescent with rage that the bandwagon he had started rolling to punish Rangers, but keep their earning power in the SPL, had careered out of his control, with the majority of SPL chairmen getting set to vote to kick Rangers out of the SPL.

That would cost Celtic money.

There was even a hint on Radio Scotland on Tuesday night that there may have been a suggestion from Celtic that if the SPL bandwagon kept Rangers frozen out, costing Celtic cash, the Parkhead club would consider legal action against the clubs who voted against their wishes.

Now, under all that pressure, there is a growing feeling among SPL chairmen the thing to do is back Lawwell's plan and let Rangers back into the SPL, despite their lynch mob of supporters baying for blood in an ugly picture of Scotland's shame.

But all of this is being played out against the background of an overwhelming
desire among the Rangers support for the club to play in the Third Division.

In a poll taken over three days, Rangers fans came out with almost 76 per cent wanting to take the low road to the Third Division as the right thing to do.

That is not what Peter Lawwell wants. Not at all.

In fact, even though Charles Green has surrendered to Lawwell and agreed to bend over and take all the punishments Lawwell wants to inflict on Rangers, Lawwell still fears the SPL chairmen could exile Rangers.

Though the morally correct decision, the decision which would protect the personal integrity of the SPL chairmen, would be to welcome Rangers back to the top flight with no sanctions.

For even a blind man can see there are no offences for which Rangers have not already been punished.

But again, that is not what Peter Lawwell wants. Not at all.

And the fact that, just as Lawwell was desperately lobbying to try and get his way, Regan stepped in waving his and the Scottish Football Association’s big stick, gives the whole affair a sinister look.

Right now Stewart Regan is in the strongest position of his near two year reign of terror at the SFA when it comes to giving Rangers a kicking.

For Rangers are slap bang in the middle of the process of re-applying for membership of the SFA.

Regan, a man who is often linked closely with Celtic in general and with Peter Lawwell in particular, Regan a man who has appeared to bend over backwards to accommodate Celtic and their demands, now holds the power of life or death over Rangers.

If he is not happy with what the SPL chairmen decide what to do with Rangers, then all Stewart Regan has to do is make sure the Rangers application to rejoin the SFA, where he and Peter Lawwell wield so much power, is refused.

That would leave Rangers unable to play anywhere, be it the Scottish Premier League, the First Division, or their fans' choice, the Third Division.

With the pressure mounting on them from Celtic and Peter Lawwell and from the Scottish Football Association and Stewart Regan, SPL chairmen may even postpone their decision.

And that would cause even more havoc, with the big kick off to the top flight new season just four weeks away. It would also test SPL paymaster’s Sky Sports' patience to the very limit.

Though the strange thing about the storm surrounding the conditions attached to Rangers staying in the SPL is, it did not blow up at the time when Bill Miller was on the brink of buying Rangers and then liquidating them.

My information is that Bill Miller’s legal team met with Hibernian’s Rod Petrie, who it is believed represented the SPL. It is also believed that no objections were made at that time, to Rangers golden share in the SPL being transferred to a NewCo.

Since then attitudes against Rangers have hardened.

Why?

Well, Peter Lawwell and his cabal wanted to give Rangers a kicking, but not kick them out.

However, the bloodlust took over and control freak Lawwell has been left raging as he tries to bully his way to getting what he wants.

Now his best pal, his Hampden boardroom buddy, Scottish Football Association supremo, Stewart Regan, looks like he is doing Lawwell’s dirty work for him.

With his reward being that Regan can make a successful power grab and take control of the Scottish Premier League and the Scottish Football League.

McCOIST SNUBS GREEN'S BUY SEASON TICKETS PLEA - Exclusive

ALASTAIR McCOIST has refused to back Charles Green’s plea to Rangers supporters for them to buy season tickets.

Rangers manager McCoist last night steadfastly refused to endorse chief executive Charles Green, chairman Malcolm Murray and the faceless men who own Rangers, in their increasingly desperate bid to get their hands on fans’ cash.

McCoist was addressing a meeting at Ibrox last night of more than 200 fans’ representatives from Supporters’ Clubs from throughout Britain .

And in a blistering and wounding vote of no confidence in Charles Green, Malcolm Murray and the faceless men who now own Rangers, McCoist admitted he was wary of just what they were up to.

It was the first time Ibrox icon McCoist has spoken out and bared his soul on his torment.

There has been some disquiet among sections of the Rangers family in recent days at the fact the manager, whose voice they believe carries a great deal of authority, had kept his own counsel.

But yesterday the Alastair McCoist who is the manager, showed he is still the same Super Ally who has been idolised by Rangers fans for almost 30 years.

First…..

McCoist went into the Scottish Premier League’s hanging court and spoke for Rangers in a barnstorming performance.

While Charles Green surrendered and told the main men from the other eleven clubs that Rangers would take any punishment they wanted to inflict on the club just to be accepted into the SPL, McCoist showed his True Blue mettle.

I understand McCoist told the SPL chairmen and chief executives that there was no way he was signing up to that sort of lynch mob mentality.

I have also been told that when the SPL powerbrokers heard McCoist, and knowing his standing in the game, there was a hint of a change in the way the wind was blowing.

But my information is that when a disheveled looking Rangers chairman, Malcolm Murray, then stepped up to offer the official Rangers presentation for their case to be kept in the SPL, the mood hardened again.

Murray was, according to sources who witnessed it, amazingly arrogant and lacked any degree of authority. It was, again according to people who were there, the last straw.

Malcolm Murray and Green were in the firing line again later on Wednesday night when they addressed that packed meeting of Supporters’s Clubs from all over Britain.

And for the second time on a day of high drama, it was Alastair McCoist who spoke for Rangers and for Rangers fans.

McCoist was impassioned, eloquent and honest as he stole the show and gave Rangers fans everywhere more worrying food for thought about the new regime.

He was always a brave as a player and McCoist once more showed that courage when he stood up to Charles Green, the man who now employs him.

The Super Ally of old shone through as he said he did not know the new board and could not have it on his conscience if he told supporters to buy season tickets and anything then went wrong.

McCoist also added he agreed it was right that everyone was wary and added the new board still had to earn everyone's trust.

It was a brave and blistering performance, as deadly as any of the super shows he produced in two decades of plundering goals and glory for Rangers and Scotland.

And coming at the end of a day of such torment for Rangers, it may just be the last brick to be put in place if Rangers supporters are to reclaim their club and give their backing to others who may move in and make Charles Green and the faceless men who now own Rangers an offer they can’t refuse for them to move over and allow real Rangers men back inside Ibrox to join True Blue McCoist

For the Charles Green empire is crumbling and Charles Green is the emperor with no clothes.

I can reveal that right now Charles Green and the faceless men who own Rangers have a paltry Â£3M in the bank.

And no prospect of adding to it with any substantial funds, especially after McCoist made it clear he will not ask supporters to buy season tickets.

Normally Rangers would have sold around 32,000 season tickets by this stage of the summer with the final figure nudging 40,000.

This year they have sold only a measly few hundred as supporters show their distrust of Charles Green and the faceless men who own Rangers, in a display of real and potent fan power.

Yet that 40,000 figure would have been easily reached had Charles Green and the faceless men who own Rangers, accepted the Walter Smith led bid to buy them out.

Yet Charles Green and the faceless men who own Rangers and who he represents, continue to snub all offers from Rangers men to buy into Rangers and save the legacy built by the Gallant Pioneers, Bill Struth, Scot Symon, Willie Waddell, Jock Wallace, Walter Smith and now Alastair McCoist.

Leaving the questions unanswered….

Just what is Charles Green up to?

Just who are the faceless men who own Rangers?

Just what are those faceless men up to?

By speaking out so bravely, McCoist has done Rangers a greater service than he ever performed for the club in his all-conquering goal plundering playing days.

For those questions, when finally answered, will go right to the heart of the crisis which engulfs Rangers and threatens to bring down the whole house of cards that is Scottish football.
