I was really impressed with Button in Sepang, I'm going to stick with Seb because it's served me well so far, but if I was going to place money on it I'd probably go for JB.

I have heard/seen that Red Bull may not have KERs for the Chinese GP. If this is true I am going for Hamilton.

I've gone with Vettel, but JB was a strong contender, I don't think you can really look beyond Vettel right now, he's currently in the form of his life in a quick car, short of a mechanical issue, weather or an error, it seems unlikely anyone else would be able to compete. If its not a Red Bull or Mclaren first I will be very surprised.

No idea Lewis, but ironically that cost Alonso his front wing. And gave him a penalty. So the FIA should penalise themselves.

I'm gonna be realistic, Vettel for me, Mercedes are **** and could only bag two points with the person that was criticized by 90% of the F1 fans last year for being beaten by his teammate.

This is tough to predict a winner because apparently Red Bull are not using KERS. Correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't China have the longest straight in F1?

McLaren were close in Malaysia, and KERS arguably got Vettel pole, and McLaren are bringing more updates to the car, so I feel tempted to go for Hamilton or Button. I will decide later.

From 2004 - 2009 it did. Korea has now got that award.

Got to be realistic nowadays, but im sure Brawn and (MSC/ROS) as well as the all the team will find a way to solve the lack of race pace. Qualifying pace is good "when the DRS and KERS" decide to work, I think that instead of spending money on adverts like the ones seen recently they should every valuable penny they have on improving that pile of... after they succeed, they can show their Mercedes bravado, not now..when they are struggling in the midfield, with Sauber's and Force India's. absolutely ridiculous.

When Abu Dhabi came in 09 that was the longest straight from the hairpin until the annoying chicane.

The second straight in Korea is longest, then the back straight in Beijing. Not sure which is next but I'd guess at the Kemmel Straight in Spa.

I'm not sure if China is more dependent on KERS than Malaysia. It has a longer straight, but there are less obvious places to use it, they use it during the acceleration phase rather than at top speed. They spend less time at full throttle in Beijing. I imagine it will be most effective on the back straight and out of turn 10. They'll use a bit on the pit straight but the final corner is fairly high speed.

Have Red Bull confirmed they won't be using it? Newey has said they won't have time to iron out the gremlins, but the faulty system still helped Vettel win in Sepang, a dodgy KERS is better than no KERS, unless they're worried that the system could cause a retirement.

I can see Webber loosing his front wing at the first corner. Its quite a long run down there and its wide and slow enough to allow several different entries. Its probably best to go round the outside to get the inside line for the sharp left hander, but if a few try this we could see a shunt leaving the inside of turn 1 clear for gaining a few places.

-Confusing post of the day :)
