Whether or not it's the same for new ST holders, I don't know (though I assume it is), but for those of us who wished to renew online, we had to pre-register with the new online system. Anyone who didn't pre-register (like my Dad, despite me reminding him over and over again!), I believe had to phone the ticket office and get them to (I think) re-set their password and give them access to the new online system. There were at least two different articles on the website, if not three, which clearly said about the need to pre-register.

So for people having trouble ordering online, this may be the issue.

I ordered over the phone and they needed both me and Jake to have accounts with the new system - we both did so they were able to find our accounts and connect us, I assume it'd be more difficult for anybody who didn't.

It's odd, becasue I forgot to pre-register for my re-newal, but when I phoned up to be registered, they just took my order.

Well I guess if you were already on the phone to them, it just made sense for them to take your order there and then over the phone - whilst also pressing some buttons and setting you up on the new system.

Presumably now though you can log into the new online system, and order tickets.

You can always pop on there now though, and see if it will let buy more ;)

I liked going on there and seeing my nice points total of 575. Still not quite sure what that means to me though! (£5.75 to spend in the megastore?)

Looks like they are updating the online ticketing portal. Renew is no longer on the drop down menu. Hopefully new sales will appear soon. Wouls have been nice if they had gotten the website sorted BEFORE sales opened, but there we go.

Hello... Just a quick message that will hopefully help people out if they are still trying for tickets.

    Try this number - 01271 335708

It's better than the 02831 780780 or whatever for a multitude of reasons
    A) it doesn't immediately cut you off the second you press 2
    B) if it does keep you on hold, it doesn't cut you off after 10 mins
    C) the hold music is different so after spending hours as it seems many have/inevitably will listening to the same stupid music over and over again, it's a welcome change.

If you call and it says it's engaged, keep trying. The second you get through you will be placed on hold and it only took me 8 mins to get through.

Good luck and I hope it helps!

Finally got mine sorted through the website, but no way to use the payment plan option. However, I was 'only' charged £575, so i'm sure there will be some repurcussions...
