Best you've ever seen at City? Okocha played well against Wolves away and that was pretty much it. He wasn't interested against DQPR and we he didn't play in many other matches.

He was a gimic the club brought to get supporters buy shirts and he did nack all in the process.

He was skillful and class for Bolton, but didn't show it here.

I know we're desperate for some success, but saying he's the best we've ever seen/ he's a club legend for playing 1 good game, is daft.

I don't think anyone would say he was a club legend, just that he was the most skilful on the ball, he did things that shouldn't even have been possible.

He certainly didn't have the impact for us that he had for Bolton, but he was still brilliant to watch.

Without doubt, he is the best player to have ever pulled a City shirt on.
Maybe not when he played for us, but he took the piss out of the best players iin the Prem for years at Bolton.
One video on youtube shows him twisting Roy Keane all over the shop and then just waltzing off with the ball, did it to Japp Stam aswell!!

That's ace - Okocha was incredible. His shimmys with the ball and ability to sit players on their arses with out even touching the ball was incredible?

He is one if not the most talented player we have had at our club, not from his time with us but what he did elsewhere before. Just imagine seeing him play week in week out in his prime like the PSG fans got, even Bolton fans. Wish we had someone like him now, would tear this division apart. If he played for us at 44, surely he could do it now at around 48?

He was due to start playing again next season, in the new India PLS, but he sounds like he's having second thoughts...

Pederson was / is a top bloke too. He hated all the big time charlies at City and hung around with some of the non playing staff instead cos they were nicer, more genuine people.

Do you mean the Ipswich game? That was the best I saw him play, he literally took the piss. I remember him skinning couple of players, stopping and flicking the ball back over his own head before skinning them again. Just cos he could. I mean, it achieved nowt other than looking brilliant and completely deflating the Ipswich players but still - ace.

Pedersen is still playing at the age of 37, he's scored 14 in 73 games for Silkeborg IF since he left us.

He also owns an English themed pub apparently.

I was working at the Cott training ground the day JJ signed. I met JJ and Brownie after they had done the press bit at the KC, I shook JJ's hand, he was tiny and had a huge satchel with him. I also saw his contract on Brownies desk plus a copy torn in half in the bin. I nearly pinched it but bottled it. He was on £500k a season plus bonusses. TBH he looked about 30 then.

I can't believe we got JJ for less than £10k a week, that must be the only decent deal Brownie and Duffen ever did.

JJ, Pederson, Campbell and Deano were the good signings under Brownie and Duffen. I'd arguably say that's about it <laugh>

Parlour was poor for us, I was excited when he arrived and disappointed every time he played.
