Don't know what the problem is. Marty said weeks ago that this was 'a big ask' and he would only do it to help the peace process.
He shook Lizzie's hand, big ****. Lizzie never did **** all on me. Her politicians and her ancestors my have but not her.

Long story short, we're in a united Ireland in all but name, it's only a matter of time.
Think back to the never, never days and ask yourself how they feel.

    Up the RA. <ok>

Like I said Irish, it's not the first time mortal enemies have shaken hands in the name of diplomacy. For what it's worth, though I'm a patriotic Brit and Englishman, I don't necessarily disagree with a united Ireland. But I think the people in Northern Ireland who have grown up considering themselves British should be given a thought.

Do most Irish really care? Really? I know the likes of you and Ciaran do, but are you in the majority?

Yes they do Jip, you're proud to be English and rightly so IMO. Any Irishman worth his salt wants his own nationality.
We all want a quiet time but nobody wants another country telling you what to do. Would you like your country's decisions being decided in Paris ?

Marty shakes Queenie's hand and you think that makes a United Ireland.

Those republicans rioting in Belfast the other day didn't seem to be best pleased.

Your country's decisions are made in Paris. That's why you had to vote twice on the Lisbon treaty

The old racist is still probably a tad upset that his gay uncle Prinz Ludwig of Battenberg got himself blown to bits on his boat.<ok>

    <doh>

All Ireland was in the UK 100 years ago. Then we had 4/5 in a Republic with the Orange running NI. Now we have a full Republic in 4/5 of Ireland and nothing being allowed to pass without the IRA rubber stamping it in the north.

    Are you really that stupid?

I suspect just as many people are annoyed with the Queen as with McGuinness.

    So what's the solution?

Is there one, or do more people have to die needlessly before everyone realises it's not worth killing for an ideal?

Allowing McGuiness to be a politician in British politics is like inviting Ayman al-Zawahiri to stand for congress or run as an independent Presidential candidate in the US <doh>

    Both cowardly murdering scumbags...
