Who's actually running the club at the moment? Darren Hare? I know not much is actually happening at the moment but is anyone actually 'in charge?'
I have no doubt that Scally is running the club. We will have various people doing any necessary admin work. If you mean on the playing side of things then there isn't actually much going on until the players report back for preseason on the 5th July. Preseason friendlies have been arranged, not too many this time. What else is their to do? A part throw a wobbly over the fact we haven't signed anyone yet?
I think the same, Scally is always running the club, even with a manager at the club, the manager does not have that much power. I don't think any employee is running the club on the team front at the moment because they are not back but if we don't have a manager in time for the players being back in training I would not be surprised if Hess was in control of the team.
