SKM, I really believe we're only getting half the story. Allegedly Sam has rejected the offers and will not be "El Presidente" Smoke and mirrors methinks. However, I have said before he may accept converting the debt to shares but not sure VT would want that. By offering the president role and making it public knowledge is a bit suspect in my opinion. This story has a little way to run yet methinks.
