I love loaning out my young players, ON Fm and seeing them do well, But I normally bring them back and they fail in my team.
My strength in depth is pretty good as well.. as back-up/reserves to the main 18 squad I have : Tim Krul, Antonio Garcia Garcia(Selling him), Danny Simpson(Might sell), Steven Taylor(Expiring contract), Jose Enrique(Might sell), Gabriel Milito(Yes I know.. got him on a freebie), Carlos Zambrano, Khaleem Hyland, Kevin Wattamaleo(Might sell), Cheick Tiote(Might sell), Kazenga LuaLua, Cilnt Dempsey, Diogo Viana(is on loan) and Cacau(Selling).
Just finished my second season on FM11, Man U offered me the job, and a 70mil budget, I declined. Later noticed they had finished 11th that year and then after I turned them down they appointed Kevin Blackwell as manager! Crazy
Trick is on Fm only buy 15/18 year olds with 15yrs leave them in reserves for a year maybe odd game then 2nd season loan them out. But only buy ones with mostly blue stats i had 3 like that sold them all for 15m each cost 100k

Well here I am After much deliberation, I have joined you all on the FM11 bandwagon One tip would be appreciated... lower league team or higher league team, which would be best to start with (as a rookie). ie, Lincoln or Newcastle
I joined the bandwagon a few weeks ago. Started with NUFC, save got deleted :| so started new one with Blyth, then recently a new one with NUFC. Played against Wolves, Everton, Tranmere and Fulham so far and got ONE ****ING POINT! Gameiro has stopped scoring for me in the league and is missing sitters. My top scorer is ****ing Williamson with three goals in all comps and now he's been injured by Barton in training. Signed Steinsson as RB for Simpson who's currently injured and he's ****. Beat Tranmere 3-1 in cup though, but then let 2-0 lead go against Fulham to draw 2-2.
