I am happy many of you including Mr Nice (who is a great poster) has expressed your opinion over my behavior and continue to do so. I am very happy people have not held back and I think you should continue to do so. It is exciting times for me because I can't say anything negative revolving around Man Utd and football posters no matter the situation. It gives me a new outlook to things and is less depressing. You are allowed to be negative, just make sure you back it up with evidence So say, if someone had a bad game, you are allowed to say so, or else you would be going out of your way to be positive and that wouldn't be your honest opinion.
Wow, I'm flattered. I think Swarbs got it right in the other thread when he said that one of the things that irked people was how much you swing from one extreme view to the other. I'm not always positive, there's nothing wrong with saying what you think, but thinking what you say is important. I do try to look for positives when and where I can, so yes I am a positive guy and right now I have good reason to be (recently survived a consultation period at work and got engaged to a fantastic girl I've been with for a while) so that may be rubbing off onto my outlook on other things somewhat. It's good to try to be positive but not so much that it's pointless, for example don't say so and so is a great player for the sake of it when they clearly aren't, just don't jump to the other extreme either. I don't know you as well as it seems some others on here but a few are saying that this is just another way that you're messing around. It'd be nice if it's not because some of your posts are very good, I've read some that have been well thought through and good points, then I've seen people having a go at you anyway because of how you are/were and because as good as that post may have been it wasn't representative of your posting in general and so it still didn't command the respect that the post on it's own perhaps deserved. If most of your posts were like your good ones then you'd probably be a well valued member.

Damn, I've just been de-flattered . I don't think I've run into this other Dave, I don't know if this forum is big enough for the two of us. Then again, if he's a mod I'd better just pretend he's a cool guy.

Is this a private " Love in " or can anyone join in ? It's a forum for Gods sake and people have different views and opinions. We can't all "sing from the same hymn sheet " If you don't like a particular poster or they just get on your tits, then don't bother replying or joining in, just ignore them ! There are two types of people in this world United fans and ABU's and I was lucky to be born on the right side. I'm negative and am very positive in my stance on being so. And if anyone doesn't like that, well, they're just being negative and therefore hypocritical
