Tottenham have released Joe Jordan, not a surprise with Harry going.

But my question is, if you were Neil Warnock would you have him in the back room staff at Leeds?

I can just imagine him warming up the squad with a half time bollocking that Colin could finish....

No thanks, don't need traitors undermining us from within.

**** off Jerel! He's an idol of mine. Sign him up immediately. He's as aggressive as he ever was, and has never lost the desire to win. Top man.

Not only he left to scum but came back later and engineered McQueen' s exit. Remember the FA cup game against Man City?

Why do we try to carry a chip on our shoulder about Manchester United? It just weighs us down and gets us nowhere...

I for one prefer beating a team using their old players, its more fun when players like Smith or Strachan return and take a victory.
If Joe Jordan gave us that extra bite that took a victory at Old Trafford next season it would be great news.

Seize the day, forget about the past.

It's not us being provocative, it's him. Look at that quote, and honestly tell me that's not a slight against Leeds United.

It's not the same. Smith and Jordan ****ed us over. Strachan ****ed scum over. Which one is still liked by almost all Leeds fans? Correct, Strachan.

NB: Arthur Graham wasn't a twat about going to scum, and he's actually been accepted back at the club by fans. A bit of humility goes a long way. Sadly, Jordan doesn't have it.

I won't be grovelling and servile towards a Leeds-hating scum bastard, no. If you aren't of the disposition to hold grudges against those who have wronged our club, fine, but don't seek to remove the heart from those who do.

I don't care for them, but I believe that we need to get back to doing our talking on the pitch...
With everything done to us over the last 10 years, who can keep up with all the grudges they just hold us back.

The only thing that really gets me is Bayern Munich and that referee in Paris...

Alan Smith was never a hero for Scotland! So no trend. If you want a trend, consider Bremner, Lorimer, Gray x2 etc. And McQueen too, btw!

It's not hard to remember the people who've ****ed us over. Sprake, Jordan, McQueen, Cantona, Ferdinand, Smith, Kewell. I'd arguably add Kasper Schmeichel and some of the O'Leary squad who screwed us out of money.

Football's so interesting because of all the off the pitch stuff, that's why it's so different to American sports where the spectators just drone on about tactics, achievements and nothing else.

What will hold back our reputation and honour is having an on-the-record anti-Leeds man having his pockets lined by us fans. Screw that.

Not sure what you mean by this, Jerel, but a hero's a hero. You'll find that every Jock of my age will disagree with you about Jordan, Leeds supporter or not.

Btw, why should be be a Leeds fan anyway? He only played for us - being a fan isn't part of the package. I don't care who they support, just as long as they play out of their skin wearing that white shirt. Anyway, what percentage of our players have become or remained Leeds fans?

I'm saying even if someone's good for your country, your club's own interests should overrule that.

I don't want him to be a fan, I just don't want him to denigrate and belittle us in favour of the filthy scum he knows we hate so much.

Like I say, I don't mind Arthur Graham (went to scum, wasn't a cock) or John Sheridan (born and bred scum). Look at the Jordan quote again FFS. Words of a Judas.

As stated earlier, completely disagree. You're assuming your very english club v country view applies worldwide

Fair comment, however he's entitled to his view, and may well have been a scum fan from his boyhood days. Pulling on a white shirt doesn't necessarily initialise your prior likes/dislikes.

I don't like it or agree with it myself, but he's perfectly entitled to feel that way.

I'm assuming Leeds fans are as fanatical as they're meant to be.

Well if you're right and he really does have a deeply-held dislike of us as opposed to the cheap shot I see him as having tried to take, that's still a terrible thing for a club employee to believe.

Diplomatic lads like Graham and Sheridan spring to mind again. They never came out with this bullshit. They just kept their traps shut, got on with their football and made sure with those actions that they weren't hated by the fans.

If I'd played for Peterborough and then moved to Leeds, sure, I'd still be a huge Leeds fan, love it quietly and be really pleased I'd got my big move, but I wouldn't give it the big 'un saying there's only one United as if my old club were an unwanted no-mark.

I think that flag in your avatar's blinding your judgement here, old bean.

In his own little brain, yes. As a prospective Leeds United employee, no.
