lol thankfully my treadmill is in my garage so i'll just look a prat for me! lol... coolio, i'll start on Monday! I'm still doing the 20 minutes of intense work out, but only 3 times a week now and it should be every day..this has been a mental week though! So..if i do 10 minutes bonkers walking and 20 minutes intense exercise every day, i should be like a stick in no time! Monday is the day!
At least there is no mirrors in there either, as it does look strange when you get 6 treadmills in a line and you are the only one facing the wrong way as such

Weather too unpredictable to cycle to the pool this morning, so I drove in and now i am back I am going to do a bit on the exercise bike
Why oh why when I don't have to be up to early to go swimming do I wake up earlier than normal? There is a swimming competition on today at the pool, so there is only a hours window to go ( between 8-9 ) so I will make the effort then later off to pick up my son then off to Watford, might even sneak a look at the pitch
Well no phys today, I am going to kick back and relax. Saying that I am planning to go to the golf range today but that hardly counts towards a workout
