Although I want it to be true for us Proud, but does it mean that he'll be coming to us; could be somewhere else??
Do you collect Panini stickers? I can picture you jumping up and down with glee when you get a foil one. No idea why.
No we have plans to increase the stadium to 45K, no one said we would fill it just like Hull wouldnt fill a 35K+
We would fill it for big matches in the Prem. Look how many times we've had capacity against Championship sides....I remember when the stadium first opened and I was turned away due to selling out...against Gillingham!
Leicester population 306k (Urban 440k) Hull population 265k (Urban 570k) With a sustained, successful Premier League team, both city's would generate similar crowds.
Right before you get all defensive Only the past 10 years have Hull started to put themselves onto the football map, they have always been in the bottom divison so all the football fans from Hull went off supporting Man U, Arsenal, Liverpool, Man City ETC. So therefore Hull havent managed to build up a fanbase that they should have. They will build a fanbase now they are a competitive championship side with potential to be a lower midtable prem side. We have a decent history and apart from 1 season we have never been outside the top 2 divisons of English football so we have been able to attract a decent fanbase over the years. But comparing the 2 clubs size of fan base at this minute is pretty laughable Last seasons stats Leicester- Highest 27,720 Lowest 19,806 Average 23, 036 Hull- Highest 22,676 Lowest 16,604 Average 18,790
im convinced ...hull are by far a bigger club than leicester.... .happy now?.... there are legions of hull fans just itching to swarm back, once your back in the premier league.... your going to attract top players who have longed to play for hull, your going to keep all your players, and bruce is never going to walk out for a better job..... form your past history this is obvious..
I never suggested Hull were a bigger club than Leicester, merely that they are similar sized cities and as such, with equally successful teams, both could expect similar crowds.
