    ****in clueless...

1 Celtic do not rely on Old Firm gate money

2 Celtic do not rely on TV money (3% of their annual turnover)

3 Celtic are a financially well run club

You obviously know **** all about the situation and haven't read other clubs statements on it...

Blah blah blah Whats so ****ing funny is that the whole point of this hread is asking RANGERS FANS, about the possiblity of hm coming to the english league. Whats even more funny is that a bunch of inbred ******s coming on the thread obviously pissed off that not only doesnt anyone care whether they go on about whther historys stops or not, but that fact that Rangers may actually decide to leave, which would leave you bunch of inbred pub team supporting ****s to go **** your in obsecurity!

    PS

I'll learn to spell properly when you mum learns to swallow!

mmm, I'm sure you tried to pull me up many times for resorting to name calling

Financially well run? You do know that they are about £8m in debt? Funnily enough not too far away from the sum that dragged Rangers into admin.
Also, I seriously doubt your point 2, iirc Dundee Utd picked up £2.5m last year.

ahh, you just had a little glimpse of life as a rangers fan. Did you ever get to meet Harryhood? Go have a little look at his insane ramblings on the Celtic boards if you have time, he's banned at from here at present. Shame.

Rangers have nearly killed the game in the last 20 years.

What Rangers have done has affected every Scottish club moneywise already.

They've been taking European qualification and prize money by unfair means.

But you seem to think that people in Scotland should support Newco being given yet another unfair advantage by being falsely propelled into a disproportionately lucrative league?

Do you also think rich criminals should spend less time in jail so that they can inject their money back into the economy sooner?

P.S - I've done fevriul a favour by not quoting his latest stream of rabid index finger bashing.

It's all been documented in Celtic's AGM and finalised/signed off accounts.

Celtic are well run if the debt is manageable, and in terms of turnover, Celtics debt is manageable! Need to write it off, sell 2 to 3 players.

Also, it was teh fact that Rangers hadn't paid tx/NI to HMRC as well as debt that dragged Rangers into admin. As far as I can see, Celtic pay their bills, tax and NI.

Celtic's turnover is much higher than DUFC, so the TV money means more to them than it does Celtic.

and ill reiterate - if dundee utd say sky is 20% of their turnover - and they do - then that would be 1.2 million

and celtic's balance sheet is quite straightforward if you look at it

    balance sheet trophy csc

No you weren't, you, you were fingering their collective prostate and making ludicrous statements about Rangers fans being able to sing what they wanted without Celtic fans grassing them up to the fuzz.
Did you forget that? You then went on a rant about *****s and priests and Catholics and the Irish, because in the myopic little world that you inhabit ALL Celtic fans fall into a convenient wee collective whom you seem to loathe with a passion. No real surprise though, from a Chelsea fan.So come on then, tell me, have Rangers fans sung nothing which should be construed as highly offensive? Have they never been reported to the authorities by anyone other than Celtic fans? Finally, I never mentioned anything about "History"
I treat people as they deserve to be treated and talk to them in a language they understand, besides chapper, I don't think I was actually talking to you?Unless you agree with him?

I have often thought that Celtic and Rangers would be better in the EPL/Championship (and make for some good away games for the rest of us!), but as the old firm monopolised qualification for the European competitions they were unlikely to make the leap. However following on from Rangers financial troubles ( I have not really understood what caused them) it seems you are going to have to go down a couple of divisions in Scotland. Whilst I am sure perhaps like Leeds it may take a while to recover now may be the chance to 'leap free' and turn a disaster into an opportunity and join the English leagues (not sure where mind). If Rangers do join and get their act together and them make the EPL you will be a lot better off financially cos' of the lots of Sky money etc in EPL, also you will stop playing minnows (sorry for the disrespect SPL but I think my comment is fair) and your team will end up playing better football against better teams week in week out, as a fan of not a terribly successful EPL team I do appreciate the 'big' games against Manure, Chitty Chavski, Gooners and Spuds.

To my mind it is a no brainer especially as the other teams in Scotland are about to do the dirty on you, you will be cocking a snoot at them as it were!

i think the prob is, sunderpitt, that the sfa would not transfer registration - effectively meaning that rnagers cannot play at ibrox in scotland and play in the english set up

they may physically have to go down south to compete

believe me - if it was easy then we both would have done it a long time ago

that said - im scottish and i want my team to play in scotland - would you want sunderland to play in la liga just because it might be more beneficial to them?

As for leagues I suspect at some point a European League will be set up and yes I would love my club to be in it ( away days to Barca!) the EPL will then become a feeder to the European one I suspect. However I can understand the whole nationhood thing, independence nationalism and the crowning of King Alex is important to Scotland.

    not to me

i want my team to play in scotland though - if a european league is set up with elite teams then yeah id be happy if celtic were invited

but it doesnt take away the fact that i want my team to play in scotland at a scottish ground

i dont think rangers could do that in the english set up

Do the dirty? How do you figure that? If the other clubs are "doing the dirty" what would you call what Rangers have been up to for years?

What have they been doing for twenty years you slavering paranoid idiot? Blaming rangers for your clubs inability to win more than two cups in ten years?

I wasn't questioning dufc's turnover, more celtics, let's just say Celtic get 3m (it'll be alot higher than dufc's after 4 "golden ticket" old firm games) you lot trying to say you turn over £90m? Have a day off ffs.

To be fair, he started off with good intentions (he wasn't fingering anyone's hole to begin with) you lot just can't help but jump in, as said previously, obsessed much?

So you're allowed to talk to people like that but you'll pull others up when it suits? Interesting, imagine my surprise at your double standards.

    Simonbhoy, YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS!!!

Ok my maths was ****e ... but Celtic's annual turnover (after a full season) was approx £52m (as reported in August 2011).

In essence, it maybe not as low as 3% but the SKY TV deal is no where near a main source of income for Celtic! Still less than 10% of their turnover.
