At least we don't have to worry about kick off times being moved for TV

We used to be really ****e on Sky with something like 5 defeats from 5 all time appearances (anyone else remember Boro away in what was I think the full members cup? Paul Waites scored a blinding header before we lost in extra time). However we defo improved as we got further up the leagues and got used to more exposure. In our promotion season we defo at least beat Toby Tyke away, Watford home and away and Brizzle.

I comment on loads of boards. By that logic, I care loads about Leicester, QPR and Norwich as well. (I can assure you I don't).

Ricardo, it won't be a bubble trip, there will just be loads of police and ill-advised escorts which lead to more trouble than they prevent.

Kempton old buddy old pal, I just debunked your silly theory.

I'd have commented whether this thread were on Hull, Shrewsbury or Braintree.

You post away Jerel, You're not a bad sort and we don't mind a bit of banter on here.

Unlike some of the bellends on your board.

Every time I post on your board all I get is a shed load of abuse from a load of Scottish and Irish half wits.
That Whitejock is the worst, what a dick he is. He spits his dummy out every time and has a hissy fit.

What's happening with your board anyway? It's like the Anti English League has taken over.

How they get away with it is beyond me and I can tell you now it wouldn't happen here.

Mainly because we're not a set of soft ****s.

    :D

Mainly because no-one outside a five mile radius of Anlaby Road cares about you more like. <laugh>

It's true though, we had a poll on our board and under half of us were from Leeds. Few more locals would be welcome.

The 3-0 against Rochdale in about 1999 was especially bad.

There was a time when we really dreaded City on TV.
It's only now starting to ease.
    But only slowly.

I live about seven miles from Anlaby Road so up yours:(

The point I was making was not so much that you have a load of posters from outside of Leeds, more the fact they post a load of anti English stuff on your board.

It says something when the Millwall boys have to put them in their place on the Leeds board. You should be getting a grip mate.

As for that Whitejock cretin and the Irish quarter wit with Eire in his user name. Deep down you know they're a pair of tools.

I can't post a single thing on your board without Whitejock going " ZZZZZZZZ JUST **** OFF, LIKE WE CARE WHAT YOU THINK. TELL SOMEONE WHO CARES ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ"

He's a ****ing embarrassment and the Irish rem isn't much better.

Is that right? The club's facebook bod says that the BBC have not announced which fixtures they are showing yet, although there is no suggestion on the BBC sport page that any live games are being shown. I don't recall reading anything to say that the BBC wouldn't be showing live games this season

No, just twice so far. But both TWS games are hardly a surprise. TWS v. Wolves was an obvious tv game to show. :emoticon-0103-cool:

They have only released 10(2 cup games incl) so far, ffs. lets wait until the full list has been published. Ive already planned my august travel. I have a feeling that LESTA v. HULL on the 22nd sept could be a tv game though. <grr>

All these are very worthy of being live tv games imo. But as its only 8 so far why the worry ? Many more to be announced.

BBC have been handed the Football league Show back for the another 3 years, but no live games planned. Sky will always show there bias to the favoured clubs. I prefer a saturday 3pm kick off myself. Less live tv City games for me is perfect. :1980_boogie_down:

    100% agreed,. Well said. ^^^^^ :emoticon-0103-cool:

Laughing stock actually. 2nd game of the new championship season and a possible home battering from Wolves. More of the same @ the wendies please. Nothing like TWS being humiliated globally is there ? HAPPY DAYS. :1980_boogie_down:

Dont forget the firee kick just before half time that wasn't a free kick either. We got done good and proper by both Alan Wiley(who is now a referree coach with the fa) the ref. and Drogba's luck.<grr><grr>

It wasn't on Sky live. It was show as highlights after the game though with commentators Martin Tyler and Paul Walsh. As Sky have highlights to all Premier League games apart from those ESPN show, they did extended highlights of it since it was the only match that night.
