Hey arsenal fan here. Any of you heard of rumours of Aaron Ramsey to fulham. If so do you know whether it's permanent or a loan. For the record I will be gutted if it's permanent as he is a quality player undergoing a difficult period he needs the club and fans support more than anything else.
I would absolutely love to sign Ramsey. Fits what we need perfectly, a younger model of murphy in many regards. However despite it being all over twitter today the guy who originally posted it refused to disclose his source, though insisted it was very reliable. Apparently ramsey's had provisional talks with Jol and we're set to be offering £5.5m which could rise by another £4m. Though until one of the two clubs or ramsey's agent makes an official press release I'd take anything you hear with a pinch of salt.
The twitter rumours in fact started by one 'Will Dempsey' (no relation) who is apparently reliable. The claim is that Ramsey has spoken with Ali Mac and Jol and it would be permanent (Hughes did try to get him on loan). The terms (alleged) are £5.5m + £2.5m on appearances + £1.5m on cups with Ramsey himself being offerred £45k pw. The story however comes with caveats about Ramsey's willingness to move despite the competition from Arteta and Wilshire.
It's all over Twitter with now much more reliable sources within both clubs saying Arsenal have given permission to speak with Fulham. 5.5 million a year in wages. Excuse my math but that would work out at just over £100k per week yes? Pretty sure that's wide of the mark
I would love it if we could pull this one off. I think Ramsey is a quality player he just needs a regular football to fully recover for that horrific injury he had. With Jack Wilshere coming back at Arsenal next season and the possibility of M’Vila coming in too Ramsey could slip way down the list at Arsenal. The Independent website's included a similar line in one of their stories. I'm not sure if 'are reported to be . . . ' just means, 'lots of people are talking about this on twitter and we don't want to look like muppets by not reporting it in case it's true'!

I would love if this was true but I highly doubt it. These 'twitter rumours' are hardly a reliable source.
Please be a loan. because I have a feeling that if its permanent plenty of "Gooners" are going to have a lot of regrets in the future.
If it is a loan, I'm not sure it would be worth us doing - we need to replace Danny Murphy, and we don't want to do that with someone who will be leaving again this time next year, or sooner. If it is a permanent transfer, then it sounds good to me.
