Milner was perfectly good, he's just one of those players it's fashionable to hate for no reason.

Heres a question lads, how many of the England team would be good enough to play for Spain or Germany?

Hart, Terry, Rooney (on form), Cole, Walcott as an impact sub. Also a fit Wilshere would slot right into the Spain team.

Wilshere into the Spain midfield? Not for me mate. Cole yes & Terry on the form he has displayed of late maybe <ok>

Anyone else think Hart looked shakey? Massive Joe Hart fan and play a bit in goal myself but I didnt think he had a good Euro at all.

I'm not saying he's better than Xavi, Iniesta etc. but he's a good enough passer of the ball that he wouldn't look out of place.

Hart is at best a decent keeper, that's all.

I would suggest if allowed to play in the manner they should be allowed to, then Gerrard and Parker may make the Spanish or German squads, not starters but certainly in the squads.

People on here *cough* Simon *cough* seem to hugely overate England. I dont know what people expected to happen, they were never good enough and it was obvious. And everyone is singing Woy's name and I can't work out why. We had no attacking threat whatsoever and team selection was diabolical for every game.

People seem to think we have a good defence but we don't, Johnson is a **** defender and no one can possibly argue with that, Terry is pretty good in the air and getting blocks in and commands the defence well but run at him or play a ball behind him and he is taken out of the game like that. Lescott is a mistake waiting to happen and is just shakey, I really do not trust him at the heart of any defence and if you think you can compare him to any of Spain's, Germany's, Italy's, Portugal's or any other top team in Europe's Centrebacks then you are misguided and Cole is one of the most overrated English players of the moment, doesn't come close to the best LB in the world anymore but you can't tell that to an England fan. He is poor and I think needs to be replaced, he didn't have a diabolical tournament but I think that is more to do with being overshadowed by Young's ****ness.

England's strong point is there attack, this team is crying out for a Kevin Keegan style manager where we decide to score more goals than the opposition. Despite Rooney struggling at international level, I think that is more to do with England's style of play at current making him look poor. We have many players that are prepared to run at the opposition and play nice free flowing attack and take a player on, this is the style I think we should be playing but Woy didn't even touch this side of England and that worries me. He is used to being the worse team and playing defensively which doesnt suit England. I think there is so much to improve upon for the national team and very few positives to come from the tournament.

I would suggest I am not, I have not seen anything from the player that makes me think he is a better keeper than the majority of the keepers in the European Championships.

I genuinely believe on form he is the best GK in the world. He is continually improving as well. Gerrard may have been able to about 5 or 6 years ago but not now. Parker is a good player to have in the team but not of the quality either Spain or Germany possess. We really are poor at the moment

In the air I think he is good but not really anywhere else. Certainly needs replacing for the World Cup and I personally wouldn't have brought him to the Euros but I can see why he was. He actually did better than I thought he was going to but you could still see he was a player that could have quite easily been exploited by the opposition

I hate John Terry. Had a great tournament though IMO. Micah Richards should have gone, and I cant agree with Josh about Glen Johnson! I thought the whole back four looked good, and there seemed to be a real understanding with Lescott/Terry.

Boab, do you think theres a better keeper than Hart in the Prem? If so who? <ok>
