Correct. Rangers were not sold to a new company. The assets were sold off. The Club is dead. Leeds United, The club were sold as a going concern. The company was then liquidated. Are you going to try and tell me that the club was not liquidated now?

They transferred to a newco and the company behind the club went into liquidation. So that means they are no more. Doesn't it? Oh yeah that's right, no that rule only exists if we're talking about Rangers.
