He seemed quite calm in the interview. Or, Sigmund, do you have another analysis?

Maybe being calm is a sign of angry, and being angry is a sign of calmness?

Or if you are talking about banging steering wheels, I think glove throwing by a certain young german driver should also be looked at and analysed!?

Oh dear god...A great race with absolutely everything in it and everyone feels the need to go on about Hamilton...There were 22 other cars out there!

But at least the finger had the decency to give the crowd a wave, and go to the pitwall to thank them for the race, and find out what happened.

Well said. I think Freud would point to Silver's deep desire for Lewis to lose the plot.

sorry masanari, all I see is Kamui getting the drop on Senna and Senna moving across and taking his front of, Kamui tries to back off when he realises Senna hasn't seen him but it's too late. #Just because it's a racing line doesn't mean you have carte blanche to drive it if someone is there. I thought it was a racing incident but if blame were to be aportioned you have to apportion it to the person who has made the move across.

yep, it was blatantly Maldonado's fault, Hamilton didn't do anything he's not allowed to, but Maldonado did. Both drivers could've been a bit more pragmatic, true, Hamilton 'could've' let him go, and Maldonado could've waited until the next lap, but only one of them did something illegal.

regarding the lewis incident, this is how i saw it:

maldonado was slightly in front going into the first corner, but hamilton held the inside line. however, by doing so (and having to brake late) it forced him wide, in turn pushing maldonado wide. then maldonado lost the plot and tried to regain the place in the middle of the corner, completely not on.

maldo's fault. hamilton was simply defending his position, albeit aggressively. having said that, i think this was less aggressive than rosberg in china, so it seems the defender is always getting less of the blame.

Great job by Fernando as usual ominuos that Seb and Lewis are very angry about their races. Well done Michael and Solid by Kimi. Gutted for Petrov and Grosjean!

The Hamilton-Maldonado incident was pretty stupid to be honest, Hamilton has every right to defend his position and when Maldonado was on the kerb he should have backed off or cut the whole corner and given the place back, there was 1 lap to go he was always going to pass Lewis! 5 place penalty for both I think, 5 place penalty for Maldonado I hope.

He waved when he got back to the pits, that was all. When he was having a glove throwing hissy he wasn;t being wavey or cheery then.

The pit crews had all packed up off the pitwall when Hamilton would have returned to the area.

    FFS, grow up man.

I'm on about Lewis banging the steering wheel, obviously everybody will know that Seb and Grojsean are having the same ****ty luck and emotion as Lewis, it doesn't have to involve looking at the interview afterwards to see that kind of emotion and not point it out.

And he was biting his lip so yeah he is still ****ed off though I'm sure you don't need me to tell you that.

Vergne won't be racing at Silverstone, mark my words as he cost Seb the victory.

Vergne? Ricciardo? (how he escaped censure for that I don't know) Kobay on Massa, or how good is Alonso? How lucky was Schumacher to even get a point? How well did Senna drive after his incident and penalty? how's that for starters?

We are all missing the point. If the rules were implemented properly and drivers understood that once they are outside the perimeters of the track they can not overtake, incidents like this probably wouldnt happen. Vettle on Button (Aus 2010) & Lewis on Rosberg (Bah 2010) are obvious examples but there have been many more. The stewards have shown massive inconsistency on these and many other incidents and Alonso said it woudl lead to drivers pushing the boundaries!
