This is the one where you whinge to Mick and Syd in the OP about me saying "If I got really sick of you *****, I wouldn't even have to ask for you to be banned. I'd just start deleting all your threads and comments". I posted the crying baby as a response on page 2, implying you were crying like a baby. You then asked if that baby was autistic. The first time autism is mentioned in the thread (ie not the topic as you have just claimed). Why else would you bring autism into it, if not to mock my autistic son?

This is where you really got going. Mentioning autism for no reason and going on about Rainman. You start on post 30. Why would you bring autism into it? It wasn't mentioned at all before you brought it up. You mention it so often that other people notice it: "And you are a sad little tosser. What kind of lowlife takes the piss out of someone's autistic son and then tries to justify it by saying that the other person started it by merging your threads? Absolutely pitiful." (post 211)

Post 1295 is where you mention mong kids, post 1296 is where PNEawf replies to you. He's not mentioned mong kids before this, only mongs in general. You were the first to say anything about people having mong kids. You've adapted it try and have another snide dig at me.

Fan, your excuses for all the above are laughable. Nobody mentioned autism till you did on the one with the crying baby, you can read every post if you like. On the second, you were referencing Rainman, a 30 year old film that had no other relevance for no other reason. For the last, YOU were the first to mention mong kids. Saying "some on here" was an obvious reference to me. If you were talking about yourself, you'd have said so, you wouldn't have had to have been so sly.

As for the argument about the REASON for the ban, your memory doesn't work too well does it? You were banned twice. First time for spamming, second for mocking my kid.

Stop lying and squirming Fan, it's pathetic. What does Allah say about lying?

 

She was a big fan of complaining, moralising and lecturing though.

They're allowed to delete what they want and then give some form of justification. Happens now and again on the horse racing board.

I understand the need for mods and accept that. I also accept that justification for taking an action is good

however this seems to be just a show of authority, threat even. Surely if you disagree with something you shouldnt/cant delete it? as long is it doesnt break the rules?

Sorry fan, but any freedom of speech argument you make is void as soon as you make it.

You believe in a religion that doesn't believe in freedom of speech, so don't preach freedom of speech ideals.

We've been told action will be taken on the horse racing board if everyone starts the constant bickering that was a feature on the old BBC 606 or making seriously dodgy comments about trainers, owners, jockeys etc. etc. I think the general jist is that they want to keep a happy ship - i don't necessarily agree with that but that's just the way some of them are.

In any case -I thought all Jip was saying was that he wouldn't ban you as, evben if he wanted to, he had other powers that meant he wouldn't need to - i very much doubt he'd start deleting comments.

Freedom of speach within the confines of the rules is what I am talking about, so in line with my religious beliefs

I dont think it is acceptable to have complete freedom of speach, and its obvious this forum doesnt allow it. Kind a fits my belief if I am honest

TBH I dont think that was what he was saying.

As i said I do accept that certain rules need to be in place, and you will see that i have often defended the likes of Syd when they get stick.

Its the unfairness of the cut off points that sparks debate

eg you cant say the N word in certain contexts, or paint yourself greeen and run naked down the high street

You're right, it is all there in black and white. No mention of autism whatsoever, until you mention it in response to me.

But why pick a character from a film in the 80s? There have been plenty of films more recently that would've been more appropriate. You picked Rainman because he is autistic. Plain and simple. You're a lying snake Fan, accept it.

The pain/suffering argument was in the Faith With Fan thread, which you did around Christmas time. Your first ban was in February. If I was going to ban you for that, I wouldn't have waited 6 weeks to do so

I didn't ban you for the Abu Qatada thread either, I banned you for the dozen or so AQ threads.

I have no problem with Muslims per se. There are parts of the Islamic faith I don't like, to be honest, but I would say the same for all religions. But usually I don't get into arguments about beliefs because I don't want to disrespect people's faith.

Fan is the only one I will attack, because he's an arsehole and doesn't deserve any respect.

 

It wasn't a genuine question. I don't believe in god for a start, so it's a pointless question. I was just making Fan squirm.

As for other people being offended, I'll take that on board. But generally I'm probably one of the less offensive people on here.

And the parts of Islam I don't like:

-No drink
-No pork
-No sex before marriage
-Women have to cover up
-Attitude to non-believers and critics eg fatwas
-Anti-semitism
-Homophobia
