No point asking such a general question. There is a million and 1 things to do, but does culture bore you? There is the new Museum on the Pier Head, you could see if there are any tours of the Liver building on, so you can go on the roof, and look up and down the Mersey and over to the Welsh Mountains, There's Albert Dock, Liverpool 1 shops, tons of stuff, what floats ya boat?

 

Something walkable to take up around 4 hours.. according to google maps Old Hall St is right by albert docks?? plan on trying to get my photo taken outside the Cavern Club... Where is the Liver Building?? is it walkable?? Whats in the Museum? id be up for a wonder round it if its close ish.. In the films blokes seem to meet birds in museums so would be willing to give it a go..

Also if i turn up in Liverpool attired like i could value your antiques will i get mugged??

If it's culture that your after than a short walk fro Old Hall Street you will find the Walker Art Gallery and the Modern Tate. Arguably the best collection outside of London. Then you could walk down Lime Street and hope to find a latter-day Maggie May. Now that will take up ALL of your 4 hours!

BTW, please leave a donation for the local counsel as they'll have to fumigate the place after a United supporter has contaminated it!
