Tuncliffe looked a decent player when he played for Peterborough last season, would be a good addition. Not seen or even heard of Keane to be honest, though those in know seem to think he's a decent player.

Michael Keane would be vital if true. As me and my friend (posts on here), always argue over Cooper and i just feel him and Chester together where poor, not as individuals but as a pairing, there where so many games we where calling out for Hobbs is was unreal. Is Keane that style of player? No very little about him.

On Tunnicliffe seen him once, and thought he was absolutely outstanding. Pretty sure someone posted a thread on him he was that good that day, and remember at work the next day at least three of us thought he was the best kid on the park.

Rubbish. Bruce has brought him to add competition and cover for places. Whoever does best in pre-season will get the nod............ Good cover at rb for Rosie as well.
Thats how it works.

I know what he means, when you start realising that there's player at a World Cup who are younger than you, you do take a bit of time to warm to them!

Looking likely #hcafc will sign #mufc pair Michael Keane & Ryan Tunnicliffe. Told they may have to go on Man U's pre-season tour first.

:1980_boogie_down::1980_boogie_down:

if they're going on the Man Utd tour it will almost certainly be loan deals but did we really expect more?

It is indeed loan deals...

Mike White ‏@mikewhitesport
Both deals will be loans but #mufc expected to keep them for pre-season tour of South Africa first due to Euro 2012 & Olympic involvement.

Euro 2012 and Olympic involvments? I assume that means they're on the tour so the players who'll play in those tournaments don't have to play as much?

Shame as we won't get them until after July 21st when Man Utd play their last game on the tour but still very happy

Well the rotheram game won't be till 11th or 15th of August, so they'll get a couple of weeks and a few friendlies to assimilate into the squad.
