Too old for our model, but he's still a class act and would love to see him in the Prem. Maybe West Ham might go for him

For a year if the wages weren't too much. Plus would be cover for Tiote when the African Cup is on.

He'd have to be wrapped in cotton wool.

Don't i remember Davids going to Tottenham a few years ago in that sort of deal and it being a big waste of time? Can't be bothered to actually check that so correct me if i'm wrong.

He's a class player but he'd still get big money (compared to other players at our club) and would be taking the place of a younger player (like vuckic) so not worth it i think. Nice idea though.

Sounds like a Sol Campbell type of signing and think we have moved away from that type of thing. Cant see it happening and would prefer someone young and hungry anyway.

Davids went from Juventus to Spurs, played 40 matches in 1,5 years, left in January to Ajax for one season, ended his career at Crystal palace, played 6 matches there.

No I wouldn't but he is still a fantastic footballer. One of my all time favourite players. People talk about Messi and Ronaldo now. This guy was a s good as them in his own way. There is a reason he has won the CL 4 times at three different clubs (the first to do so). He just doesn't fit our thinking but an absolute legend of the game for me.
