Doesn't matter Joe, just don't think about it, then before you know it you'll be ready to dive head first into property investments!
I think I worded it a bit wrong, what I mean is between 18-21 I will focus on my career while planning for the future in property development then between 22-24 build the steps towards the new career. If I can't find the right job to build up the capital to start I have a friend who is very interested in the same type of career and said he would like to go into business with me.
Surely the steps towards the new career are building capital to invest in property? How do you expect to do that in 2 years? If you have the money to start investing in real estate from 2 years of planning then why would you ever give that job up?!
No I will start saving a small amount as soon as I get a job but once I hit around 21 I will aim to save even more, why do I feel like I am being interrogated?
I have faith in it, 16 year olds are very well known for sticking to career plans and business partnerships.
Isn't it just? Is their Amphitheatre older than FP? The day after Pompey played Bari in the Anglo-Italian cup, reporting on the game, the local newspaper referred to Portsmouth as Pompeii, throughout the entire article about the match. In which we got hammered 3-0.
He's made 548 career appearances, 108 goals (not including internationals). Not too bad. Only played under 25 games in a season twice since I took over. Oh and he's never averaged under 7.10.
A mate and I decided we were going to "go into business together" at around that age (perhaps a bit younger). I think we were going to have a chain of restaurants or something. Then we grew up. My mate did end up working in catering though. And he lives in a hotel room. Living the dream.
