Paid a modest £2.7m to loan this guy in. Done pretty well so far.

You've loaned a guy with the last name Pompey? Sickening.

Did you stick a future fee clause in? I mean his stats are pretty good, if lacking slightly in a couple of areas, but clearly his goalscoring record seems to be pretty good.

Yep, got an agreed fee of £9m. Might activate it if he keeps his form up.

You'll need a lot of money set aside before you can even start doing that. My Dad does it as sort of a hobby, but worked in law for a long time before he was able to afford to do it. Where do you plan on getting that kind of money?

I know I have to have a lot of money set aside but then you do for many businesses, I don't fully know how yet, but I have years to plan for it yet anyway as I don't plan to start that till I am around 21 maybe.

You mean actually start buying properties and "doing them up" at 21? Or start saving for it at 21?

Probably start doing them up at 21, and I plan to go into the rental market, it interests me the most, the market up north is good at the moment if it is in 5 years I don't know but I am determined person and when I set a target to do something I don't give up.

I was worried that something had gone wrong with the game when I only got a £7m transfer budget after reaching the Premier League, but they gave me loads more in January. How far in are you and how successful have you been?

Best thing to do at the start, coming from someone like me with many years of experience in this field, is to pop along to auctions, after having done research and having consulted estate agents and housing experts, and keep your eyes peeled for houses with potential - the potential will be obvious to anyone with an ounce of property-developing talent.
