I can assure you it is far worserer than that but don't worry OXO your secret is safe with me You sick bastard
you mean,,, no it can't be ... are you telling me he plays with himself? .. and we all know SNAP should only be played with 2 !!!
Ok, moving away from CYM's voyeuring over the internet, we really seem to be progressing bigtime on the transfer market. We have the Pod, we seemed to have signed Giroud and we are very close in getting M'VIlla. We also seem to be linked with Dzagoev and Ben Arfa too. We could well end up with 3 top quality signings and a 4th one too. If Bould can tighten our whole team defence up, we could be dark horses for the Premiership....
He is very skilled and can play in the center as a playmaker, as well as a winger. But it's more about us being VERY active in the market, after such a long time. The last time we bought these kind of players was back in the early 2000s. So far, i'm feeling quite optimistic...
We've reverted to buying frenchies though, i thought we'd turned a corner, and started buying germans instead. Buying french hasn't worked.
so far we are increasing the wage bill considerably - how are we going to reduce it by the £23m Ivan wants? - oh of course - he'll unload some Directors, and Wenger is rumoured to be on £7m........ easy.
It's less about the nationality, more about the quality. We simply haven't been buying the right quality recently. Giroud is suppose to be quality, and we've seen Ben Arfa operate in the premiership, he has been very good for Newcastle. M'Villa has been raved on about and he has that Vieira style of play. But it's not just about being French, what about our wonderful Brazilian? Aren't Brazilian's suppose to be skillfull and talented? But i do get your point, the best players at the moment seem to be coming from Spain and Germany....
My idea of a playmaker is not what many of you seem to think is a playmaker. Ben Arfa is a winger not a playmaker, Pablo Aimar is a playmaker for example, closer to home David Silva is a great example and of course Fabregas. These players have an eye for a pass. I wouldn't even call RVP a playmaker, just because he can make the odd reverse pass that doesn't make him a playmaker.
Are we even going in for a playmaker? I don't think Wenger is in the market for one. He really loves Rosicky and he will probably be our main playmaker for the next year or two. Personally, i think we need one as Rosicky is past his best and Wilshere's injury is a big question mark for next season. Also, is Wilshere an out-an-out playmaker? Ramsey and maybe Diaby are our closest playmakers and the first has questionable form, and the latter is hardly available..... As Mr Piskie says, we should go in for Goetze....
Ramsey and Diaby are our closest playmakers. How depressing is that. Wilshere was more of an AM for the yoof team, not sure how good he would be as a playmaker though.
He has good vision and passing ability to free people up, but i think it's a year or 2 too early. He is still learning his trade and has just missed an entire season at an important year of his development. What has hurt us most is Ramsey's stunted development. He simply hasn't taken it to the next level. While he looked promising prior to his injury, he has looked average for long periods this season. With Wilshere and possiblily M'Villa coming in, do we have room for Ramsey anymore? Will Wenger give him more chances? We will see this coming season....
Diaby's passing is not good enough for him to be a playmaker. He is more of a Nasri, bit of a dribbler. Diaby doesn't have the range of passing to be a playmaker in my opinion.
