Ah, so this is why they were filming in the lounge last season. Nice to see you make the briefest of appearances OLM, I just missed out with my seat neighbour getting plenty of screen time (which is the least I should of got for him obstructing my view during the match).
Some interesting stats on there! 85k annual programme Sales, 1.2k tiger player subscriptions which is a little lower then I would have expected!
There's going to be an atmosphere in the East Stand next season? Nice one. PS - They have lager in the West Stand too, for the ladies.
W7 isn't as bad as people make out. Bit negative at times but no worse than other areas of the ground i have been in. I enjoy it there, just wish I could wear my shirt tbh. Now Upper West is a morgue and South Stand ain't no better.
That's not right then is it ? You can't wear your clubs shirt at a football match. I don't care where you sit at football, surely you should be able to wear the shirt.
You can't wear replica shirts in the premium sections at all clubs, the whole middle tier at Wembley also has no a no shirt rule.
I went in the 1904 Lounge for my Mam's 60th birthday, it was a special treat for her, she really enjoyed it. I could sit down away from the elements, be able to order a far greater range of drinks (and much less **** drinks), the meal was reasonably good, I got to hear Robbie O'Brady whisper into a microphone about the performance, oh and I got my picture taken with Roary. What more could you want from a day out? On the flip side, I had to wear shoes, trousers and a tie. Meh. Though I'd still far rather be on a terrace.
Are you sure your mum didn't just tell you to wear a tie so you looked smart for her birthday? You don't have to wear a tie anywhere in the ground as far as I'm aware. The dress restrictions are no replica shirts, no shorts, no trainers and no ripped jeans or combats, but that's it.
