Morning all Can't believe anyone would actually believe Warnock and Barton could work together I have praise and concerns regarding LUST and their methods, I do believe they have the clubs interest at heart, I don't believe they go about everything the right way but unless I am going to get off my ass and do something about it then I guess who am I to judge. Not just you mate, they need to tone down the trumpet blowing approach too
In the end there are some players that are not easy to work with...just as long as tehy perform on the pitch for the team

Ristac and YWBK - you need to listen to the ustream of their meeting, not just read the little titbits that have been published by a separate organisation. The information is available for you to improve your knoweldge on their approach which is precisely in line with what you want - I find your sly little comments and pettiness against LUST just as irritating If you listen to them you will see that they are actually doing the things that you say they should be doing. But they are being asked questions by their members and they are answering them as best they can based on facts and information they know, and LUST makes it very clear that they are prepared to work with whoever is the owner of LUFC, and if that remains Bates, then so be it. The sly digs - even not so sly - are all done by the club. LUST merely report back exactly the facts of what has happened. They don't slag Bates off - they report what he has done and said, or what he has written in the accounts that are untrue. If they slagged him off, they would be in court quick sharpish for libel, and they are very careful to make sure that does not happen
I did listen to the stream I also posted a link to it yesterday. I don't consider my comments "sly" which part do you find sly? I thought I was pretty direct with anything that displeases me about what they do, mainly the diabolical release of the players on their side statement. If it were I that stood alone I would question myself but reading their blog comments and facebook comments there are more than a few members expressing certain concerns. Those are my opinions, I can see plenty of good in what they do and I can certainly see things that 'could' damage the future of the club. If you believe releasing that player statement was not a possible damaging move in our ability to attract new players then you are wrong. Leeds fans want to know: 1) Is the takeover going to happen 2) Who the people in talks are 3) What is the budget for new players As LUST cannot answer either of these (understandably) it seemed pointless to me in organising a meeting. There were VERY FEW facts, most of what was said were opinions. So they have as much contact as the rest of us. I might be wrong here but on a previous statement I thought it was LUST who had set-up the meeting with the board for a takeover?
