    to some extent im sympathetic to that argument, but when he did have the ball he showed either greed or a lack of composure. Thats of course when he managed to trap the ball versus the number of times it bounced of him....

    just think its unfair to point him out when the whole team have been ****e. Barton has been disappointing, as captain he needed to really stand up today but he hasnt

    ^ Thats fair enough. I could talk about most of them being ****e today. But we were talking about Ranger, who for me has been particularly poor. Lover didnt help him mind, hes supposed to be the senior man leading the line but hes been missing 90% of the match

    ****ing **** game to be honest. Average first half and a silghty better second but not much in terms of actual good quality.

    well this is what you get when you have a squad of players worth a grand total of not much more than 10 quid (excluding Enrique, Tiote, Barton and Jonas) and a manager that has no clue about football

    What happened to 5 added minutes minimum? The ref blew before 95, despite losing nearly a minute over the free-kick...

    To be honest Villa should of thrashed us with our patched up midfield and poor attacking display. Injuries have killed us, just compare our bench with Villa's and you can see why they won.

    For me our passing was poor and Ranger didn't take his chance for his first start.

    Overall poor display...but this was expected.
