    Lost count of how many balls we have just gifted Villa, or long balls that have just went out. Need to stop doing that.

    How has the ref missed the 3-4 clear hand balls by Villa players anyway, awful from the ref so far.

    We also have had next to zero attacking threat in the first half.

    We need another CB because Williamson is ****ing pants.

    Guthrie's passing has been decent, but he's losing possession ridiculously.

    I think we should take off Williamson, put Colo back in CB, put Jonas RM, and Ferguson LM.

    Yes but Williamson isn't marking anyone from Freekicks, and corners, Williamson was extremely blind and should have been marking Bent. We're just lucky Bent headed it high.

    What is it about us an tall players from set plays?!?!

    What if we switched it around? Taylor and Williamson upfront, Ranger and Lovenkrands at the back!

    Jonas has been immense. That's about it really.

    I think we've done really well considering the players we have out. Completely outplayed them at times. Atwell's a ****, seems to have an agreement with the Villa players that they can use their hands as well as their feet. Linesman cancelled it out though by denying them a goal which, apart from being scored by a mercenary Mackem ****, was perfectly legitimate.

    Simple. Need Samba, need a better CB to partner Colo. Need to put Ferguson on for one of the CB's and move Colo back to his natural position if things aren't going our way. Donaldson and Tarver would be a good shout to come on as well if things aren't going so good(attacking-wise).

    Villa to win 2-1. We can hope :) <yikes>

    We're still in this, if we get an early goal in the second half I can see us winning this as Villa didnt fancy it until they were ahead.

    Not sure who's pissing me off more at the moment mind, the referee or Alan bloody McInally...would be a tough one to choose between

    Jesus some people on here are insanely negative! We have had a good half considering the players we have out. Saylor has looked a bit shaky, but Williamson has been dominant. Lovenkrands has been getting into good positions and is working hard and Ranger is holding up play well and looks lively. Just stop being so negative!

    We could have a midfield of Ireland-Nolan-Tiote-Ben Arfa from the players unavailable with Ameobi and Best up front.

    Lovenkrands and Ranger have done OK with very little service. But Rangers end product is pretty awful, he had one chance to play Lovenkrands in but tried to shoot himself, and one chance that he put straight at Friedel.
