Will I get beheaded if I say Harding? Yes? Okay, erm, let's go for David Nugent. Massive, massive tosser.
I detest Robert Mugabe and President Asad of Syria amongst others, but certainly no footballers; life really is too short for that. However, I never had any time for Vinnie Jones, he was just a thug. And Ronaldo gets the vote for replying, when asked who he thought was the greatest player of all time, "myself", apparently without a trace of irony.
I dislike Rooney, that's about it. I don't hate any footballers, when you find yourself hating people over a game try and find something to fill that massive void you have in your life.
Just Rooney, what for can I ask? Is it to do with his off-field situations or as a player? I agree with your point about hating people over a game but calling the thread "players you mildly dislike or are not particularly fond of" wouldn't be such a good title.
Roy Keane....Vastly overated, if he was getting beat to the ball a lot,he then turned into a thug trying to hack/kick/slice people down. Also he loves his reputation of having a boxing lesson when he was 5 so people think he is hard...Mr Shearer live on tv ducked everything he could throw at him and laughed in his face.Grade A knob. Cant understand all the hype that he generated. Quality footballers have skill, all he could do was kick people.Garde A prick. Rant over
Thought I was not the only one, for me it is Ribery and also if you want to include people from the past Franz Beckenbauer, great footballer, but it is how he is still bitter and twisted over 1966, just because Germany lost, just get over it, he continuously slags England off, I remember at the 2010 World cup he could not shut up about England and while on the subject of past footballers Michel Platini, he is a first class ****er, he doesn't even hide the fact that he hates England, He makes my blood boil to the boiling point like a kettle.
I always thought David James was a nice guy. There's no way Diouf should still be a professional footballer, it was pretty funny when he was linked to Leeds. But I don't spend too long worrying about these types because I know none of them would turn up at Saints. That video was just weird.
Nope not just you litrally cant stand the guy. I used to like Ian Holloway a few years back and respected him for saying things other people would never dare say. But since his year in the premier league he seems to think highly of himself and has become f*cking annoying with his constant moaning.
Not a footballer, but can I propose Sepp Blatter. He is a self-serving rent-a-quote. Demanding introduction of goal line technology, not because he wants to avoid injustice but because he doesn't want England to benefit from it!
i was about to say joey barton until i saw fran say sepp blatter..... they both really get my goat...... im sure i dont need to give any reasons .....in fact i wont ive wasted enough of my life just mentioning them !
Diouf is an embarrassment to his profession and should be kicked out of football but then you could make a case for Barton to be kicked out aswell, I think it is funny with Barton with how thick he is to **** about when he is loaded, if I had the amount of money he had I would just enjoy the money and relax.
I dislike footballers who put on the big act when they collide with an opponent - the footballer who rolls 20 metres after being tackled. Suarez is one who puts on a huge act when involved in 50/50 duels! It is just plain cheating and we'll see plenty of that from Italy on Sunday to disrupt England's attempts to win the game. Beckham is an annoying individual - don't dislike him but why is he forever in promotions of so many products and at the centre of so many campaigns. But hate? That is reserved for arrogant politicans like the Blairs and the Bushes!!
I hate David Cameron more than Blair, ****ing posh ****, but then I don't like the Tories, he is the worst thing that has happened to this country for a while. He is all for the rich and likes making the poor, poorer.
1. Diouf 2. Barton 3. Savage 4. Keane 5. Terry 6. P.Ince 7. Defoe 8. Any other former players who left
Yeah Blair was posh and was up George Bush's arse but David Cameron pisses me off even more than him.
Roy Keane has to be the most graceless and overrated player of all time. two things stick in my mind:- 1) Him standing over Chris Marsden (football genius) after a foul, snarling and dribbling with anger whilst Marsden just laughed at him 2) his disgracefull walking out on Ireland when his hotel/training facilities were not up to scratch!
