I'm hearing that Matt Jarvis is close to sighing for us.

Decent player. App West Ham had a US$6,284,800.00 bid rejected.

It would be like signing Lee Cook or that lad from Carlisle ( Can't remember his name, tricky winger from the late 90's.)

I also think the lad Kightly is worth a punt and has the years on his side.

    can't see it myself.
When AJ says 'With they money that's being spent here and the players that they're going to invest in' and he is talking about a top ten finish (yes i know they all say that), i cant see the likes of Jarvis coming here.
I really do believe that the players that will come in now will be of a higher standard. Yes we may get the odd squad signing but i really do expect 1-2 good players, maybe unknown to us?

Jarvis is a pretty good player, actually a very good player. Hopefully this is true but I have heard nothing. I did like AJs comment 'With they money that's being spent here and the players that they're going to invest in' . Very promising :)

i guess i am a bit underwhelmed with Jarvis because he was at Wolves and everytime i saw them i thought they were shocking. I should not think the whole team is bad because they got relegated? But they were shocking. <ok>

Or as the commentator in the Season Review DVD called him: Paul MUWWAY.

    Probably Roy Hodgson's son

Hope this is not a wind up. He's been top of my list since we got promoted. Reminds me so much of my favourite R of all time Andy Sinton. Decent crosser with both feet and has the same nack as Sinton did, seems to always get a cross into the box. And he comes up with the 3-5 goals a season as well, something I would always expect from a decent winger alongside double figures of assists. Judging by this board I would say he's massively underrated as well.
