If he wants to stay and play then OK, but if he continues this touch and go, he said she said then it is just getting old and might be best to be rid.

He hasn't been playing well so I'm sure he'd love to come back to Liverpool.

Is Aquilani a mute? His agent does absolutely all his talking for him!

There was exactly the same story last year. He'll come, train, play well pre season & then an Italian club will ask & his agent will be saying he hopes we let him go cause he's a miserable puppy....

Not sure why he deserves a chance other than that if we can't sell him we're stuck with him we might as well have him in the squad seeing as he gets paid a ****ing fortune anyway. If he does stay he owes us a whole lot of effort and commitment. Certainly wouldn't like to see him starting until he has earned a spot. Basically I think we're stuck with him.

  8. I think you need to re-visit his agents comments from last year too <doh>
For information, I mean the bit just before he said he want to leave <ok>

If we loan him out again then he gets to fanny about somewhere sunny again which keeps him and his missus happy whilst we pay his wages (or a portion of them).
Either we keep him here and they have to put up with the ****ty North West of England winter weather or we send him to some place with even ****tier weather and no nice shops.
Then he'll either get his arse into gear and play well, or engineer a proper move- either way we'll be better off than we are at the moment.

I'm not sure I could trust him.

Its similar to Teves at City. He wants to stay, then go, stay, o.

    City shouldnt trust Teves.

IT's the same every year. Aquilani wants to go to one of the big Italian clubs, if they don't want him, as has been the case so far with Roma (?) and Milan then "he's happy at Liverpool". Well **** off Aqua, we're not a fall-back option.

Imagine Roy Hognsons team had Aquilani stayed.

    -------------------Reina-----------------
    --Johnson--Carragher--Skrtel--Konchesky-
    ------------Gerrard----Lucas-------------
    ---Meireles------Aquilani-------Cole------
    -----------------Torres------------------

Looks awesome on paper (apart from lb).

Really, it was Christian Purslow's infamous list that starte Aquilani's woes.

We should give Aqua away, if only so we don't have to listen to his agent repeating the same ****ing excuses every transfer window!

I think that was actually one of the options being discusses, apparently. ie we just terminate his contract and then he can **** of and keep milan's bench warm for them
