Please stop with this demoted ****e. Rangers do not exist. They are not in the SPL and cannot be demoted from it.

    My you're a pedantic **** <ok>

Currently Rangers (old company) still have a share of the SPL, the same as every other club. A vote will be made to see if the share will be transferred from Rangers to the newco once Rangers Oldco are wound up or if it will be offered to another SFL member. Therefore Rangers are still an SPL team until that vote takes place.

Rangers are still not liquidated. The process isn't yet complete. Therefore they exist. Only the old company's assets have been transferred.

So, Rangers currently still have an SPL share without 3 years audited accounts?

Still bending rules from beyond the grave.

Not that it's got anything to with what's been discussed but who reissued their license on an annual basis?

Genuine question as the license is awarded on an annual basis. The people who awared it are just as at fault.

So, what you're saying is that the SFA, run by an ex-Rangers Chairman who succeded a future Rangers Chairman issued Rangers with a European license.

It was kind of the point I was getting at.

They do not have audited accounts.

They do not have a club

They do not have a stadium

Ergo according to the SPL rules they should not get a vote.

The club has been liquidated. Its assets sold off. No club.

    Fact.

Weeble's going to hit the big-beel once WE get back in.

There's not a company like Company No: SC004276, no not one and there never shall be one,
Incorporated in 1899, they will trade until the end of the week,
For there's not a company like Company No: SC004276, no not one and there never shall be one.

Pulling out the auld 'Fact' gambit and spewing out your bile infested thoughts don't make what you type correct.

Blinkered by your own bitterness and hindered by your tattie fueled brain. Poor little mite.

Ok, tell me where I am wrong. Alternatively we can call each other names. Either way, I don't give a ****. I have a football team to support. You don't.

Calm down pet. You're awfully touchy about a club that means nothing to you. Your obvious autism aside, please try to see facts instead of opinions that suit your stagnating mind.

I have already explained my reasoning above. You have merely uttered some random phrases followed up by 'Fact'.

Further to the above, the club still exists. This is fact. Assets may have been sold off but the company has not been liquidated. They are still part of the SPL and will have a vote.

Does a member club require to own it's own stadium? Not under SPL rules seemingly - a precedent for this was Gretna who played home games at Fir Park when they were a member of the SPL. They owned a stadium that was short of the SPL's standard so had to lease one.

Rangers may not have audited accounts as directed by the SPL but they were granted a license by the SPL and so can cast a vote through representation by Duff and Phelps. Surely the SPL are at fault for granting a license incorrectly or there is some circumstance detailed where this is acceptable to them.

    Ergo you are talking/typing/drooling ****e.

I wonder when last years license expires?

If ross county have got theirs then surely rangers weren't issued a new one for next season?

Dunno when Ross County would be granted one or when a relegated team loses theirs?

After the last game of the season.

Isn't it the SFA who grant the license to play each year?

I wonder who granted that (Mr EBT, Campbell Ogilvie)?

Companies House doesn't allow company names that are too similar. Therefore we can't use the name until the oldco is liquidated, or, by permission of the receivers (BDO).
