I would be very surprised if SAF decides to sell Nani, not only because he is the best wide player at the club but also the most skillful player.
Since Ronaldo left, Nani has become one of the most important players at the club even though he is sometimes annoying, but it is mainly because nobody at the club is technically on the same wavelength as he is. A lot of fans love Antonio Valencia because he stretches the pitch, takes his man on the outside and whips in a mean cross mainly on to the head of Rooney, which is not so bad but it becomes very repetitive and once the fullback is on to that tactic Valencia becomes one dimensional as he hardly ever uses his left foot and has to stop and pass the ball inside, as well as Ashley Young always cutting inside onto his right foot, which is the most telegraphed move in English football as everyone sees it coming.
This is where Nani is different because he can go inside or outside and has a pretty decent left foot as well plus he hardly ever loses the ball plus his unpredictability makes him a menace to full backs. But Nani's greatest strength which has never been utilized by Man utd is his one touch give and go ability, the best example is the second goal against city in the community shield. When Scholes was at his peak or during the days of Ronaldo, Man utd scored a lot of goals from one twos, and that is something that has been missing from the current man utd team for a while now as Rooney hardly ever tries for a one two these days, instead preferring to spread it out wide and wait for a cross, but with Kagawa at the club now there will be lots of one two attempts as that is generally his style of play especially playing behind the main striker and if that was to happen I will fully expect a player like Nani to come in to his own as this is what he thrives on, and Nani aside Scholes, Anderson, Cleverly, Welbeck, Young and Rooney if he wants to are very good give and go players and with a player like Kagawa instigating, then there will be quite a few tasty goals this coming season but it is imperative Utd keep Nani because even though his link up play with Rooney is not telepathic, I get the feeling that He and Kagawa will terrorise a few good defences this coming season

I think i agree with most of this, we have been lacking in the one touch stuff for a while now except for the first few games of last season and nobody seems to have the inteligence to anticipate Nani`s moves. At the start of last season we were playing some good one touch football mostly between Nani, Welbeck and Cleverly i think because of Cleverly`s understanding with Welbeck from the youth team and Nani`s speed of thought. I watched Dortmund quite a few times last season and there whole team played this way at great speed, the front three looked almost telepathic at times so i hope Kagawa can bring this with him. I know many on here won`t agree with this but i think Anderson is best suited to this style of play also and i just hope that we don`t try to convert Kagawa into a holding mid the same way we have held Anderson back it would be such a waste.

Thank you Diego, its good to see that some people do actually read the whole article before responding, rather than just seeing a name being praised or criticized and reacting to it without reading the article

I agree, I can’t see Nani going anywhere this summer, I don’t like the lad but he is class.
