nice one musty dude....this is a major cause in the south wales area......we dont get the funding the english do,so we need 2 back our own and try and raise as much as we can,this will always be an ongoing problem mind............because them that hold the purse strings prefer buying weapons of mass destruction rather than help the people its supposed 2 be leading and helping
