In_Niall_We_Trust - I think it's time to relax abit lad and take a step back. We are all frustrated and god knows I have to bite my lip sometimes but ignoring the wums is part of it. Think of it this way, if the shoe was on the other foot would you slag them off? I know there is alot of passion for Sunderland but sometimes you have to take a step back and realise what is important in life. Getting angry at wums isn't one of them, we should be angry at the overpaid players we currently have and be looking for answers as to what is going wrong.

SAFC_derry I am relaxed pal, and if the shoe were on the other foot i wouldnt waste my time going onto their board and stiring **** and have never been on there board stiring **** so i appreciate your concern mate but believe me that P_R_I_C_K aint spoiling my day, its the lazy losers that play for my team that have and that inept manager!
