Hi Guys, Sorry to talk about the jacks but my friend who,s well in down there ( his missis works in the office) reckons that Laudrup is on 3.5 mill a year, and he,s promised European football by 2015. Apparently he required a budget for players of £48mill immediately for this season and next, plus an annual budget for players of 22 mill after those 2 seasons. They are targeting a cup along the way, and top 6 finish this coming season. If he doesn,t succeed with his ambitions then he will walk come 2016 season. I,ve only posted this on OUR board because we have a faithful following of swansea supporters and thought that they may miss this on their own board?
Wish them as much luck as any other team, but deep down I really dont care ( the only team I give a rats backside about is Cardiff ) not going to comment on the swans transfer kitty as I know nothing about , just hoping we join them in the promised land soon
I hope you didnt believe your friend. Jenkins runs Swansea City on a tight budget. There is no way he would spend that amount. Laudrup has only been given a 2 year deal. If Swansea finish 6th then they will be looking for another manager next summer. They will probably be bottom 6.
We are an informative board, not a one eyed board. Besides it only seems fair to keep the swan flock that are resident on this board,up to date. Will the rent be paid this year?
rent WONT be paid we have far more important thing to spend money on,huw needs his drive done for example and the rest will be spent on players

One only has to look at articles on the Cardiff board made by Cardiff posters about Swansea to see where the " obsession lies "
3 out of 20 threads is obsessive? One a tongue in cheek thread about begging buckets, one about the lack of media coverage for the swans and one mentioning your new manager. How many of the remaining threads have Swans posters chipped in with their comments? Seriously cracker engage brain before posting nonsense.
3 of the last 4 about the Swans , all by Cardiff posters .. it's not healthy . Better engage your owner brain before there's nothing left resembling your club !!
