Most the teams below us lost, with the bottom 3 not collecting a point between them, Stoke + Fulham getting **** all for their troubles too. Brum - Blackburn was a draw, but both gaining 1 point on us, instead of one gaining 3 is better IMO. To top it off Sunderland are continuing their amazing run of form <laugh> and although West Brom are on the same points as us with our superior goal distance keeping us ahead of them, i like Hodgson and fancy him to do well at the Hawthorns.

So with all the relegation candidates all failing to pull away from the dropzone lets be sure to distance ourselves from that lot tomorrow with a lovely 3 points <ok>

Blackpool with Arsenal to play tomorrow aswell, I can't see them picking anything up off Arsenal tbh. Just leaves Vile in 17th so hopefully they don't pick up anything either!!

Arsenal to stuff Blackpool and City to stuff the scousers, (then we'll be only 3 points behind with them still to play), a win from us and it woulda been a beautiful weekend.

Perfect results apart from West Ham-Bolton. A draw would've been nice, we can't move up or down the table this weekend now, no matter what the result. Unless they beat us 16-0 of course, in which case we'll slip below West Brom on goal difference.

If we win tomorrow, thats us safe for sure. Would have said the same for Sunderland today if they'd won.

I still see Sunderland as safe, one more win should do it, and if they fail to do that their streak would extend to 13 games, which seems inconceivable. However, when I was on their board last weekend I'm sure one of them said the six game streak isn't that bad compared to the 13 match run last season...

I hope they stay up though. Just. I want another demolition derby next season.

Nah, keeping the hammers on the lowest points possible and keeping Blackpool out of the relegation zone is a good thing IMO
