    Try one of

    Paul McGuinness
    Mark Bowen
    Michael Appleton!
    Mike Gatting

Or just search FM12 best staff or something on Google.

I've been out today and purchased a £34.99 Belkin CoolSpot Anywhere stand for my laptop.

So far it has been working fine (25 mins). I managed to get it on a reduced price of £19.99.

If I have anymore issues I'll come back to you guys, but for now, fingers crossed.

Thanks to you all for asking and trying to help.

I've waited three months and still nothing, so I'm bidding for another player he represents and paying the agent a rather generous fee so that he hates me a bit less.

Just started, in December 2011 I've stepped in to take the Crewe job. They're 20th in League Two.

    Any tips for L2?

Ahh I did the same thing, picked a dirt cheap guy (value like 3k) he represented with a high agent fee... failed his work permit so I didn't sign him but still think it helped!

My FM worked fine on the laptop for quite some time, then all of a sudden I couldn't watch games on it (regardless of 2D/3D as it would over-heat).

Still think I might get someone to look at it, fan could be clogged with dust I guess.

Posts like this makes me appreciate the joys of having an i7 quad core processor and 8gb of ram!

Anyone got any ideas on how I can prevent the over-heating besides investing in this cooling stand and getting the fans cleaned out?

No issues running FM ever before until a couple of months back, I just gave up, the laptop is 18 months old.

Reduce the maximum processor state like I suggested before.

Sorry Joe, wasn't an intentional ignore - just didn't see it.

I've lowered it now, hopefully this will stop it overheating and turning off.

Mine would go into the 80s while playing a match, and would turn itself off if it reached 90C. Now with the processor running at 80% it reaches about 70C, which is still high but there is no risk of it shutting down.

He is, always seems fairly in demand as the game goes on. I remember years ago, on an old FM, possibly 07 or 08, I came across "Nicolas Millan", a 16 year old from Colo Colo.

What a player he was if you had him. He was 19 and scored 53 goals for me in one season at Madrid.

I think everyone had Millan back in the good old days. Bet he's **** in real life.
